'The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was part of a farm so there was an unpleasant smell of manure. The room was small and very hot. It would have been useful to have had a fan in the room.'

'Receptionist was so rude on arrival she didn't know about our booking and made me sign a piece of paper with print too small to read before giving us the key to our room. Telling my concerned partner that it was something to do with being added to marketing list for emails. When we paid for our room my partner & I expected to be able to use all the facilities described on your website. However we arrived to find the hotel full of drunken wedding guests. Empty beer bottles were all over the place...

'Very dirty carpets everywhere. Worn out rooms. Beds felt dirty. Noisy. Food ok ish, big portions, comfort food only. Not good for kids, nothing to do. No access to sports facilities. Felt unsafe. Friendly staff!'

'Lovely spot and great location for exploring Brecon beacons. Love the interior design and the bathroom, and the bed was comfy. The food at the inn was delicious, and the artwork was cool. Suggestions would be to add a mini fridge and coffee maker.'
