'Room was not well cleaned , windows were grubby and not cleaned one of the tea cups had dried coffee stains down side not washed correctly, 2 of the four ceiling lights in bathroom were not working and the air conditioner had to be turned off at night as made such a noise every few minutes We were woken Sunday evening with 3 fire alarm warnings going off whilst asleep after 11pm then woken again around 6.30am with further alarm’s activated not a good start to our journeys day back so we got...

'Clean room, was very warm but a fan was provided. The bathroom is a little dated but works & the shower had good pressure so was nice & powerful. The breakfast was good, a buffet selection. The chap on reception was very friendly & helpful. Would recommend.'

'Very dirty carpets everywhere. Worn out rooms. Beds felt dirty. Noisy. Food ok ish, big portions, comfort food only. Not good for kids, nothing to do. No access to sports facilities. Felt unsafe. Friendly staff!'
