The hotel is OK but the personnel is very badly trained. Nobody smiles at you, everywhere you see only funeral faces. Nobody pays attention to you. You are treated like an anonymous number (in the best scenario) or as a source of pain in the neck. Very unpleasant. The hotel managers should know that they have to teach their personnel to be smiling, friendly and attentive, otherwise the hotel would not survive in the harsh competition of the Grado hotels. We have been several times in hotels in Grado: here we have found the worst service ever!
