Smallest 2 bedroom VRBO on the lake because it is simply 2 large rooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (Both rooms share 1 bathroom). No kitchen. If this is OK, please read on 😅😎👍

- Excellent Option for: small families, kids, in-laws (overflow from VRBO’s, hotels/resorts), work crews
- 5 Minute boat ride to Hells Gate if you use the dock option
- Great for boating, fishing, and local events with overnight stays
- Plenty of private space to park your boat trailer, SUV, and RV just outside your door.
- Great place for a getaway, girls trip, fishing trip or a baseball tournament at Rocker B
- Perfect Location: Services within 1 mile (Grocery, SnoCones, Pizza, Pubs, Restaurants, Parks, Hike|Bike Trails)
- High Speed internet and Dish included (2 TV’s)
- Ideally located on peninsula between two nearby public boat ramps accessing both sides of lake.

VRBO for those who want a simple, super clean place and don’t need to cook, nor want to cook.
• No kitchen, but there’s a charcoal barbeque + mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker in suite
• Not lakefront but super close
• Owner has a private covered boat dock steps away for a fee (must reserve in advance if available)

Size Considerations:
• 👍👍😎Perfect for a single, a couple, or for a small family
• 👍👍😎Great for 2 couples … this has worked really well
• 👍😎😐Good for 2 couples + 1-3 kids if ok to share bathroom
• 🫣😐😬No More than 4 *adult* guests unless at least 2 are a couple sharing a bed.
(Bunk Beds works great for *kids* and staying a 1 or 2 nights)
**Work Crews on per diem: Unless staying for a single night, works for max 2 workers staying overnight. Please don’t try to stuff our VRBO with your 5 man work crew 🙄 - max 2 man workcrew guests for multi night stay (or risk losing your deposit)**

- Covered dock with table, seating and lights is great for guests who bring their own watercraft, or who would like to fish, swim, or gather lakeside

• Safe, serene, area with good neighbors who enjoy the peace of the lake at night.
• This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If any guest is caught or identified using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.

Security Camera (may be deactivated upon request):
- For the protection of the property, an exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated camera located away from the VRBO and near to the Lakehouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records (this may be deactivated before your visit upon request).
