'This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.'

'Sunday River is a cozy, friendly place to stay. The staff was helpful and attentive. I had the pool, hot tubs and gym all to myself. The rooms and appliances are dated yet functional. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant.'

'We loved our stay with Maria and Brian. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were amazingingly soft. It felt really homely and their property is really well maintained. They really go out of their way to make you (the guest) feel at home.'

'One good thing, the room was clean. There is no one in the office at any time there is a number you can call but no actual person the hotel is supposed to have bagels and oatmeal and light breakfast but nothing was available either morning I was there were also dirty dishes in the sink with food crusted to it and the countertops were sticky it looked like no one had been there in a while because all of the air conditioners were covered with foam and garbage bags so the rooms were hot. Will not...

'The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again.'

'The road to the condos is extremely treacherous. The staff at the restaurant was lovely but the food came out cold and most not edible. The staff was all so nice. It’s an old hotel and needs some tlc.'
