It should be noted that it was chosen as an interior room in your reservation. We have in the description of the Hotel as well as when you make a reservation, all the information respecting the interior rooms, which all have windows to the hallway or a skylight. Furthermore, every single room has a private bathroom and your room is also in a quiet area, so concerning the noise probably it was a rush hour. However, in situations like this, you can inform the reception service to manage and provide a solution to your stay. Lamento mucho que no le haya gustado nuestro hotel. Creo que hubo un malentendió por el tipo de habitación. habían reservado una habitación interior y una petición posterior para cambiar por una exterior e no pudo ser por que no había libre una exterior por el periodo que hospedaba. . Que no le gusto de allí a este comentario tan negativo hay un mundo. Seguro que mayoría de los huéspedes han dejado comentarios muy positivos por que estamos trabajando y prestando un servicio excelente para ser un hostal. Usted no pagaba mas de 30 euro por 2 personas por día no creo que esperaba prestaciones de hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas por este precio. Lo aseguro que seguiremos trabajando para mejorar e prestar mejor servicio posible dentro de nuestra posibilidades. Un saludo
