Prima hotel. Mooie ligging aan zee. Eten was van redelijke kwaliteit, wel weinig variatie en soms koud. Personeel was wel heel onpersoonlijk. De laatste dag mochten we bijvoorbeeld niet 1 uurtje de kamer extra houden (dus i.p.v.voor 12 uur, om 13.00 uur uitchecken). Dat had ons veel tijd en gesjouw met koffers gescheeld.

We kregen een kamer die iets naar achteren lag, waardoor er nauwelijks sprake was van uitzicht op zee. We zijn naar het tegenoverliggende Princess Suite gegaan, waar wel een goed zeezicht was, waar het eten veel beter was en de kamers veel ruimer, geen schreeuwende c/q slecht opgevoedde met hun mond open etende kinderen, voor een klein beetje meer geld. Dit hoort Expedia te vermelden in haar brochures.

The rooms with smaller balconies have the advantage that the railing is made of clear glass, so you also have a beautiful view of the sea when sitting on the balcony. Heerlijk verblijf
Een heerlijke week om uit te rusten. Het hotel is iets verouderd en heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig. Maar wij gingen puur voor de rust en het strand voor de deur. Ontbijt is super, middag- en avondbuffet zou van iets betere kwaliteit mogen zijn. Maar er is ruim voldoende keus. Met de bus ben je zo in Mogan of Puerto Rico. Maar wij gaan zekers nog terug om lekker uit te rusten!!

spent a nice holiday week in this hotel only 2 negatives - expedia pictures gave the impression that meals are served outside but that's not the case; breakfast and lunch are indoors and only lunch is offered outside as self-serving buffet; the weather & climate is so nice that we prefer to take all meals outside - expedia pictures gave the impression that there is access to a beach promenade but that's not the case; there is easy access to a secluded beach but no good walking paths

Een kamer met zeezicht bijboeken is onnodig, elke kamer heeft zo wie zo zicht op zee. Min punten en moeten ze echt wel iets aan doen!!! Voor alles en nog wat moet je bij betalen :-) Kluis 21€ Koelkast 27€ Wiffi 19€ Badhandoek verversen aan zwembad 1.5€ Bij all in zijn 4 coctails gratis de rest is betalend. Geen water op de kamers deze dien je zelf te kopen ???? En mannen mogen niet met korte broek gaan dineren, wat ik dus echt belachelijk vind er liepen half naakte vrouwen rond maar een geklede korte broek is taboe ??? Dat die bazen eens een dagje in de zon gaan liggen en dan s'avonds een lange broek moeten dragen op de verbrande benen dit is echt niet te doen. Kwa properheid kan het wat beter en vooral aan de buitentafeltjes aan de bar. die werden tussen door niet een keer afgekuist dus vieze plakkerige ringen op de tafels en het afruimen daar kon echt wel beter. Het eten uitzicht en kamer was gewelldig. gaan ooit nog wel eens terug maar hoop dat die minpuntjes dan opgelost raken. Dat ze dan iets meer vragen all in is all in en dan moetene ze niets extra's vragen is mijn mening

Super verblijf
Heerlijk genoten van een weekje all inclusive in dit hotel. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht aan de voorkant, waarvan de meeste direct op zee. In ieder geval beter dan de meeste hotels op dit klein stukje van Gran Canaria. Er ligt een mooie tuin naast het zwembad waar je even kan zitten of genieten van het uitzicht over zee. Alles is heel netjes (ook buiten hotel), toiletten in hotel worden bv elke 2 uur gepoetst. Het zwembad is in 2-en opgesplitst waarvan het ene verwarmd is. Dit was niet perse nodig, maar voor kinderen wel heel fijn. Genoeg bedjes en goede parasols waar je niet onder verbrandt. Het eten is heel afwisselend en lekker, genoeg keus voor iedereen. Als iets op is wordt het meteen aangevuld. In deze periode niet het gevoel van grote massa's gehad. Wij hadden kamer op 9e verdieping, ja je moet soms wachten op de lift, maar je bent op vakantie, dus geen haast. En anders de trap genomen (ook goed voor de conditie). Alleen het uitzicht op de 6e verdieping is wat minder, je kijkt dan ook uit op het blok voor je (weten we van andere gasten). Al met al een aanrader!

Gelegen in een rustige baai
We gaan reeds verscheidene jaren naar dit hotel en gaan er zeker weer naar toe. Goede service, zeer vriendelijk personneen en alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is ideal voor gezinnen met kinderen maar ook voor oudere mensen. Er is veel te doen vb shows en activiteiten maar je kan ook gewoon rusten dus voor elk wat wils. Echt een aanrader.

Gastvrij hotel nabij strand
Fijn hotel, schoon, gastvrij. Nabij het strand, mooie tuin om in te zitten met waanzinnig uitzicht. Minpuntje is dat je niet vanuit de baai een wandeling kunt maken naar een dorpje o.i.d., daarvoor aangewezen bent op auto of openbaar vervoer. Openbaar vervoer is overigens wel prima geregeld.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El personal super atento y amable. El todo incluido es correcto, no incluye mucha variedad de bebidas pero lo suficiente para este tipo de régimen. Lo que mas echamos en falta es la variedad en los snaks fuera de las comidas … siempre lo mismo y poco variado y si te apetecen unas patatillas para acompañar las bebidas hay que pagar la bolsa. Pero a pesar de eso, repetiremos seguro por la estancia tan maravillosa y cómoda que hemos tenido.

Rooms had great balconies with amazing views. Front desk staff was awesome. Piano bar staff were friendly and attentive. But elevators either didn’t work or took 5-10 minutes to come to your floor and sometimes wouldn’t come at all. We were on 11th floor and had to walk up or down all those flights more times than I’d like to count. No drinkable water in the rooms and no bottled water was provided. Food although plentiful was bland. Overall it was an ok stay but would not return to this location.

We were dropped off at the bus drop off and had to roll our luggage through the entire resort to get to the front door. MTS was our transportation. We were told they should have taken us to the front door. Would have liked the opportunity to have other options for ordering food. Not just the buffet.

Nos gustó mucho la situación y la variedad en las comidas y sobre todo la atención del personal en general. No nos gustó el sistema de ascensores (de los tres, uno nunca funcionó) y que no hubiera ningún cajón en la habitación.

Thank you, team of Taurito Princess, for an amazing stay. Because you were the best part of it: You in the Reception, cleaning the rooms, waiting tables indoors and outdoors. A very professional and super kind staff. Thank you! The hotel is good, the food is varied, the pools are ok, the entertainment program is decent, the beach close by is a bit dangerous but very nice. The other guests were the worst part of our stay, I'm afraid: Not respecting covid-19 related rules, nor many of what one would consider basic social rules. Lots of noisy, messy, invasive people. It is a pity: The hotel and its staff deserve better.

Overall it’s a nice place but if you look for a place to unwind and relax this is not the best place for you The problem is there is no curfew and they serve alcohol all night long some people don’t know how much is enough and have no respect and regards for other guests It was very loud over night I was getting exhausted oh hearing drunk people all night every night My husband asked if we could have a different room so we can get some rest, he was told all other rooms are booked even though it didn’t seem like the hotel was so busy Anyways that’s the last place we will ever go to.

This was a beautiful resorted situated on the side of a mountain with lots to offer. We traveled in November and were always able to find a spot by the pool or a spot on the beach no matter what time we arrived at. The property was well kept and clean (rooms, washrooms, restaurants, etc.). The food was quite good for resort food with a wide variety - we always found something delicious to eat at each meal. There were a few bars (none close to the beach) that provided decent service. You could self serve your own beer/wine/pop/water which was convenient and nice to not wait in line. One thing I was disappointed with was that a significant amount of alcohol/drinks were not included at this "all inclusive" resort. I've been to dozens of all-inclusive resorts and typically the high end/premium liquors are obviously a surcharge (which is to be expected). However, there was an extensive amount of alcoholic options that were not included with the all inclusive purchase. For example, daquiris, margaritas, mojitos, kahlua, baileys, jameson, heineken, smoothies, and many more were only available at a cost. Essentially you could only order well liquor and sex on the beach, tequila sunrise and pina coladas free of charge. Service was good - most staff were polite and respectful but rarely went above and beyond to be friendly or overly welcoming. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful (printed boarding passes, called taxis, etc.). Overall, we had a lovely stay!

This was a good hotel. It was clean and the food was a good variety. Everyone wore face masks as instructed and the staff professionally upheld this. The entertainment was really good. However the pool was colder than the sea and the food could have been hotter but apart from that it was a good holiday.

We arrived st the hotel for a 1 night stay as an add on day to our holiday. Check in was the worst tgat I have ever had. We presented our passports and confirmed our name which they had on record. Here’s where the gun begins. We paid around £200 for the night and we’re asked to provide a voucher from Expedia??? A what? I’ve booked through hotels.com numerous times and never been asked for a voucher. I

Very nice location. This is definitely not 4 stars hotel or even 3 stars. Food quality wasn't good (very bad quality of meat product). Very bad quality bedding (uncomfortable bad, mattresses and poor quality linen). Basic items expected in four stars hotel (tissues, shower cups etc. are not provided). Lousy elevators system.
