Dear Matthew, i never thought that claiming something that we consider fair would bring such a negative comment. We treat every guest in the best possible way as this is what we do for a living. We want them to be satisfied so that they can repeat in the same destination and stay in our villa again. But the are some limits, and your treatment towards us was really aggressive when we discussed about the TV issue. Let me tell you that the scratch on the TV, as well as the sand all around the villa, the papers in the swimming pool, the trash in the rooms, the staints on the walls and on the couch appeared during your stay. 200 families have stayed in our villa because as you say we have 64 online reviews and we can host 10 persons, therefore if you assume that families are usually made of 4 -5 people, this brings an average of 2 families per stay, so only with the online reviews this brings 128 families plus many other families that come directly without using platforms through relatives and friends and therefore they have nowhere to write a review. Pool has the chemicals that are used in every swimming pool, we don´t invent anything. We have been many years using the same products, but of course if you stay 7 days in the villa, 12 hours per day in the swimming pool, you may have your skin burnt mainly because of the sun rays. Showers do drain perfectly, and it´s possible that a dryer could be broken, we are not perfect but we try to do things very well as you can see in our previous reviews in every platform. Regarding the cleaning of the swimming pool and outside, as you know this is a service that we give for free, so that you can have the garden and swimming pool clean during your stay, as one week without cleaning is an option but usually the clients are happy that we give that service. We don´t need to clean for the next clients during someonelse´s stay, it doesn´t work like that. You could have told Marcos that you didn´t need him to be there and he would have left more than happy. Your comments show bad faith and this is not fair, specially considering that it was your 40th birthday and we put all our effort to make your holidays the best possible holidays. Now we have a new TV because we care for our clients and we love what we do. Best regards, Jorge
