Goed hotel midden in het centrum.
Aan een stille straat gelegen. Erg mooi hotel met goede kamer. Direct in de buurt van leuke cafés en restaurants. Vlakbij plein met taxi’s . Vlakbij het Alhambra. Zeer aardig personeel. Goede WiFi.

Dear guest, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking your time reviewing our Hotel after your recent stay. I´m really sorry to know that your hotel and the room didn´t meet your expectations. The hotel is situated in a restricted area that is why the hotel strongly recommends parking the car in one of the two parking it has agreement with. The Hotel allows you to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time and the taxi is refunded. We send this information by mail to all our guests. Regarding the noise , we are really sorry to know that you have been disturbed. Guests leaves early mornings with wheels suitcases. Our reception staff offered you a superior room for the second night...and you didn´t accept it. Be sure that one of our highest reviews among our customer is the help of our staff. Hotel in renaissance huis. Inrichting aangepast. Bezit kapiteel uit de Nasridentijd, uniek in de wereld. Van 16.30 tot 19.30 thee en koffie gratis in ontbijtruimte. Engelssprekende receptie. Alles dichtbij. Midden in schilderachtige Moorse wijk. Doordat kamer aan steeg lag hoorden we 's avonds op straat flamenko timmeren op barkrukken. begeleid door gitaar op band. duurde kort. tijdens de treinreis Sevilla- Granada zagen we tot twee keer toe flamingo's op de ondergelopen landerijen.

Lovely hotel in a historic building - they did a great job restoring it and preserving its charm and character, including inside the rooms! It is steps away from Carrera del Darro and Plaza Nuevo and walkable to all the major sights, sites and neighbourhoods. Walk out the door and it's like "oh hi there, Alhambra!" 😀 Our room and the beds were comfortable, and we had no issues with any outside noise (from the courtyard or from the outside - our window was high and had a casement, which easily blocked out noise.) The plumbing is old school so you do hear some creaks and groans from time to time (including from other rooms) but given this is a heritage building, that's to be expected! It wasn't bothersome at all. The shared spaces (courtyard and dining areas) are really lovely and worth just relaxing in or taking a few minutes to meander about the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has affiliated parking partners with a couple of garages - we went with Parking APK2 Puerta Real (I believe this was the closer one) and it was an approx. ~10-minute walk from the hotel. At the time of my stay (Feb 2024), the hotel would help offset the cost of a taxi from the parking garage to the hotel. This was super helpful and welcome because with the super narrow streets and amount of pedestrians, we were not prepared to drive on Carrera del Darro! So we definitely recommend this option 🙂

The location of the property is perfect to explore Granada specifically the cathedral, Alhambra and Nasrid palace. The access to the property is not easy, but still close to the road.

Good position
The hotel is tricky to find, and the area made us feel a little nervous. However, the location is great, very close to the Alhambra. Service was good and friendly. They arranged a taxi to the station and a picnic breakfast as we had to check out early. The room is interesting, but the bathroom is incredibly small and tight.

아주 좋아요
너무너무 친절하고 엘레베이터도 있습니다. 지도에 어떻게 알함브라 갈 수있는지, 다른 관광지 어디인지 알려주셔요(걸어서 15분이라는데 그냥 버스타세요 전부 오르막임) 처음에 입구 찾기 어려웠지만 골목에 있는게 맞으니 들어가세요. 조식 따로 신청안하고갔었는데 가서 먹으니 너무 맛있어서 이틀 그냥 추가 신청해서 먹었습니다(1인12유로) , 무료 물 없으니 밖에서 사오시는거 추천입니다. 겨울에 오시면 조금 추우실 수도 있어요. 저는 캠핑용 전기매트 있어서 잘 보냈네요. 히터없고 라디에이터 있는데 계속 틀어주시지는 않는것 같습니다. 린스, 슬리퍼는 없습니다.

We loved our spot at this hotel. We had a small outdoor deck with a view of the Alhambra and loved every minute. The staff was great and the breakfast was good as well. We'd stay here again in a minute.

Historic hotel in an historic city on the edge of the Albacin neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel includes delightful interior courtyard, fountains, seating areas tucked away into small corners. Entrance is off of narrow winding cobblestone street; appreciated 24/7 staff at front desk who were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Spacious room with an extra bed, minifridge, small table, wardrobe for clothes hanging. Windows with shutters that opened onto an exterior garden and interior courtyard. Bathroom was a bit tight and a little musty but serviceable. If I am fortunate enough to be able to return to Granada, I will seek to stay here again.

Convenable, mais pas si bien que ça dans le détail, dira-t-on. Joli hôtel dans une rue calme, bien situé. Mais chambre un peu limite, bien située pour écouter la chasse d'eau chez le voisin... Autre frustration : le café facturé 2,20 euros alors qu'il est 2 euros sur le menu - pas grand chose, ça agace..

The area was lovely and easy to get around by walking but we had to leave the car in an unground lot car from the hotel. If you’re thinking you need your car, this is not a good hotel for you.

This is a beautiful 16th-century property that has been lovingly restored and equipped with all the modern amenities you could want. The courtyard is gorgeous and boasts a Nasrid-era column from which the hotel gets its name. The staff were very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and conscientious of dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free). It's also a great location, within walking distance of Granada's historic sites and lots of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this property!
