goed hotel op schitterende locatie
Een prima hotel op een geweldige locatie. Het mooi gerestaureerde hotel heeft veel sfeer en is 's winters goed verwarmd. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid met verse jus en prachtige met witte tafelkleden gedekte tafels. Kortom: een aanrader. Wat door meerdere bezoekers gezegd wordt: het is lastig om het hotel te vinden, dit komt o.m door het eenrichtingsverkeer in de hele stad. Onze Tomtom wist het op een gegeven moment ook niet meer. Tip: toets Plaza Nueva in op je tomtom, daarna steeds rechtdoor, via de smalle weg (ja, je mag er echt rijden als hotelgast!) langs de rivier en dan de op een na laatste straat linksaf omhoog. Aan het begin van de stad staan borden: de eenrichtingsverkeersborden zijn niet van toepassing voor hotelgasten. Zorg wel dat je voor 10.00 uur 's avonds op je bestemming bent.

This is a beautiful and unique historical place! It’s in an awesome location with marvelous views of the Alhambra. We took a taxi to Alhambra, which is incredible and conveniently walked down to the hotel after. Loved it!

Lovely looking property with beautiful central courtyard. Room was small but very clean. No outside window and air conditioning apparently doesn’t work in February even when it’s very warm. Consequently 2 nights with very little sleep as room was very hot.

Beautiful authentic building in a great location. Staff were unobtrusive but always helpful when needed. Easy walking to cathedral and Plaza Nueva. Great view of the Alhambra from our tiny balcony. We used taxis and buses. Bus stop near hotel. Buses can take you to the Alhambra or the centre of Granada or up into Albaicin.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Kom med leiebil og kjørebeskrivelsen fra hotellet var meget nyttig da adressen ikke kom opp i Google Maps. Fredelig gate. Kort vei til alt. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Følte vi bodde i en liten Paradore (historisk hotell).

This beautiful historical hotel was so charming and our balcony had a view of the Alhambra which was a 20 minute uphill walk away. Service was professional and our room gorgeous. The only issue was accessing the hotel by car.

Ideal location, comfort and price
Clean and spotless room with a very comfortable bed, pillows, crisp soft linens, enough areas to open 2 carry on luggages, nice window with views of the Alhambra, bright and modern bathroom with generous toiletries, nice seating areas around, very charming small boutique hotel and a staff that’s ready to help and on duty even after midnight. Our ideal location as we love walking around a UNESCO designated neighborhood with shops, cafes, grocery, and flamenco shows just next door.

Silent and comfort room with a great view over the Alhambra, very convenient location (both the city center and the Alhambra could be reach on foot - with regards to the latter, since the way up is quite steep I would recommend a mean of transport), personnel always present and very kind.

Very clean, liked the location and the overall atmosphere of the property was really nice. Liked that they provided hot water for morning coffee and had a frig. Slightly away from town center but close enough to walk everywhere. Very close to the Alhambra.

I LOVED this property! Loved being able to walk to center of town or Sacromonte about the same distance away. Everything was perfect! The location and the place itself oozes with charm. The view was superb. I would say that it’s on the side of a hill with cobblestone steps or a ramp leading back up to property so just know this if your mobility is a thing. My mom is 80 and when I return to Granada, I’d like to bring her, but I may have to avoid this property just for being a little further from center of town and the steps leading up. But for me and others who want to be able to be a little out of the hustle bustle and with more charm and better views of Alhambra and proximity to Sacromonte…..this is your place!

Beautiful and unique hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great location as is short walk (uphill) to Alhambra. The only downside was construction at an adjacent building started at 7 am and was loud. It would have been nice to be told about this beforehand so we would have not stayed up so late in the hopes of sleeping in.

The interior design is visually pleasant, while the steps inside the room and between room and corridor require attention from the guest. It is important to follow the map instructions from the hotel if you come by car. It is easy to be lost otherwise.

The Casa Morisca Hotel is a fantastically restored 15th century building which also has the modern features of a well run hotel. It is very atmospheric and stylish and we loved it. If travelling by car, the hotel will reserve a parking space outside which is extremely useful.
