Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a spacious and elegant living room featuring original exposed brick walls and two large windows that fill the space with natural light. The room includes a large, comfortable sofa and a designer armchair. Opposite, on a sideboard, there is a 55-inch Smart TV. The dining area follows, alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay, as well as a practical breakfast bar with two stools.

To the right of the living room is the first bedroom, very bright thanks to its large window. It features a double bed (150x200), designer wallpaper, two elegant bedside tables with lamps, and a modern open wardrobe.

Next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and glass screen. Further on, the second bedroom offers a cozy balcony, a double bed (150x200), a sophisticated headboard set against a wallpapered wall, and an open wardrobe.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
