This peaceful and charming penthouse is located in a newly renovated building in the heart of Granada, with stunning views of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. Situated in the most commercial and historic area of the city, its privileged location places it close to the city’s most significant monuments, making it the perfect place to explore Granada.

The penthouse is spacious and features a cozy living room with breathtaking views of the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed made up of two 0.90 cm beds and a dining area with a table for four guests. It also has a Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, including a washer-dryer.

The penthouse has one bedroom with two single beds (100 cm), a Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a shower.

The property has heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a high level of comfort throughout the year.

Perfect spot!

The views from this penthouse apartment cannot be stressed enough! It was gorgeous!!!! The apartment met all our expectations, except the AC has an automatic shut off every 2 hours. The tech came out and could not fix it. During the night we woke up hot every few hours and had to get up and go turn it back on. That said, the location was amazing, the apartment beautiful, the property staff friendly and the views breathtaking. We would definitely stay again, even with the AC problems. I also had to work a few days and the Wi-Fi was reliable all day. Highly recommend.
