Het hotel lag op een unieke plek vlak bij het Alhambra. Lopend was de hele binnenstad van Granada te bereiken. De entree is in oude stijl net als de rest van het hotel met mooie details. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer kwam niet overeen met de foto's van Expedia. De kamer was klein en onhandig ingedeeld. Ook was het hotel moeilijk te bereiken. Vooraf zou er volgens het hotel een routebeschrijving gestuurd moeten zijn maar deze hebben wij niet ontvangen.

Consider this your home. You are absolutely right, the location could not be any better - we are just few minutes from the best attractions that our city has to offer and also excellent tapas bars. It seems that the rooms didn´t meet your expectations. Size of the rooms are different because this is a XVI Century Palace, original construction is preserved, some rooms are small and others medium size. The charm of the hotel is that each room is different. I promise that in your next visit at the Hotel, you will have a wider room . area where the access for cars is restricted. As soon as the Hotel receive a new reservation, the reception desk sent automatically the confirmation with indications to reach the parking we have agreement with, situated in the permissive area. We have contacted Bookings.com and they confirm that this e-mail was redirected to you and that you have received it. Please check your mail, spam list.. I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a near future. Best regards

We were so glad that we left our big checked suitcase at Hard Rock since we were coming back to them Friday night. It was a tiny bit of a struggle getting up the alleyway to the hotel with carryons since taxis were not allowed. It was beautiful historic hotel and the staff is wonderful. Good location and walkable to some sights.Very helpful with suggestions and we were grateful that the staff reminded us to take our passports when we to the Alhambra. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely old and traditional property which was brilliantly placed for the Alhambra and other places of interest. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent value at €12pp with plenty of choice. Only slight irritation was guest in next room speaking very loudly on her mobile late at night but otherwise a quiet hotel.

This is a very historic building in a beautiful area of the city. The location is prime and walkable to many activities and to public transit. The facilities are old however, and it was evident during our stay. However, the staff make up for the lack of amenities by being very welcoming, warm, hospitable, and helpful. If you are looking for a historic stay in a great location this is it. Also the restaurant Ossobuco on the corner is delicious and a few steps away.

The entire structure is from 1500’s. So quaint. Steps to entrance from cab. Wish we had known to turn left and not hauled our luggage to the upper road. Oops!!! Anna at reception was so professional and wonderful the entire stay. Checking out was simple as well. Loved our room. Beds were so comfortable.

Our room was simply too small. Advertised as having a view of the Alhambra, this was sort of true, but as there was no chair in the room , we had to stand one at a time to see it. Good location and the included breakfast was good.

We loved our little mezzanine bedroom that comfortably accommodated the three of us. The hotel was full of charm and very conveniently located near the Alhambra. The staff was super friendly, the hotel super clean, the breakfast buffet delicious. We loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Inés hotel.

The hotel was nice and authentic, the area around was great with spectacular views of the Alhambra. The problem was the noise in the early morning when some clubs emptied out. Also the breakfast was not that good. I would stay there again

We had a great stay! The room was perfect for my family (upstairs loft for kids). The staff were amazing and welcoming. The only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast buffet. We preferred some of the local restaurants for breakfast. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

Très bel établissement bien situé. Personnel agréable et souriant. Le moins mais vu sa situation géographique c'est difficile de faire autrement est le parking et son coût, même avec le prix spécial de l'hôtel de 19,50€ par jour. Après c'est un choix. Pas de regret pour ma part

Charming and clean hotel, even if rooms are small and a bit tired, in a convenient yet quiet location in the middle of Granada’s historic center. Friendly and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast included. Would stay again.

Great hotel within walking distance to all sites. Hotel is quaint and full of character. Room is spotless, bathroom is very nice newly tiled. Staff was wonderful as was breakfast. Great stay for the price.

Very authentic traditional hotel conveniently located in the old town. The Alhambra was walkable and lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
