Consider this your home. You are absolutely right, the location could not be any better - we are just few minutes from the best attractions that our city has to offer and also excellent tapas bars. It seems that the rooms didn´t meet your expectations. Size of the rooms are different because this is a XVI Century Palace, original construction is preserved, some rooms are small and others medium size. The charm of the hotel is that each room is different. I promise that in your next visit at the Hotel, you will have a wider room . area where the access for cars is restricted. As soon as the Hotel receive a new reservation, the reception desk sent automatically the confirmation with indications to reach the parking we have agreement with, situated in the permissive area. We have contacted Bookings.com and they confirm that this e-mail was redirected to you and that you have received it. Please check your mail, spam list..
