'Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit.
