It has two spacious bedrooms, both with ceiling fans; the main one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the cozy terrace. The terrace becomes a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather throughout the day. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a desk area. There is a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, open to the spacious living room with a breakfast bar, creating a unique dining area. The living room features a 50” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. A comfortable, well-equipped space designed for a practical and pleasant stay, as highlighted by our guests.

There may currently be some noise from construction works outside the building. As it is a central and lively area, some ambient noise from the surroundings can be expected, which is part of its excellent location.
