Granby winter stay

The cabin was a great location and it was exactly as pictured. However, it was extremely dirty. It was very obvious from the cobwebs and load of dust on everything that it hasn’t had a deep clean in a very long time and it was also very obvious it didn’t get cleaned well between guests. Luckily I went through what was going to be my 11 yo room before she did, as I found a glass marijuana ampule and pills on the floor beside the bed! And all bedrooms had scraps of food, q-tips etc. all over floor and side tables. The bathroom showers didn’t seem to have been cleaned either. We definitely wouldn’t return due to the uncleanliness factor. If this was fixed,it would be a great rental.

Thanksgiving Trip

We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here during this trip. We arrived and the house was very clean and tidy. Online listing details and photos were very accurate. Home started very warm during very cold temperatures. Property Manager was very helpful.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time! Our kids enjoyed their “nature hikes” along the river and property! The kiddie pond was PERFECT for our kids ton fish in too! We explored Grand Lake and RMNP during the day and enjoyed relaxing at the property in the evening! Thank you for the great lodging!

Beautiful location on the river

The location, backing up to the river is beautiful and peaceful. We were there in the winter so didn't enjoy the immediate outdoor area this time but can see how great it'll be when the weather is nice for fishing. The house was nice, clean and as expected. A little cold upstairs as the heat doesn't seem to flow up there. The fireplace downstairs helps. Overall, very nice place and location.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The cabins are small but cozy. Plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed all of the streams and ponds on the property, hanging out on the back deck, cooking out, and just a short trip to Granby, Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Thank you for having us. It was a wonderful time!

Perfect location!

This home is wonderful! A great location, only 15 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The grocery store and gas station are just down the road as well. My family and I really enjoyed the neighborhood and walked through the paths and even had a fire near the pond. Lots of wildlife to watch right from the deck. There’s also a great local coffee shop down the road. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Central Location

Casita de Rio is a lovely three bedroom townhouse cabin situated steps away from the Fraser River. Everything necessary for an enjoyable stay is provided, including WiFi internet connection; very well provisioned for up to six guests with each bedroom having a private bath. Granby, CO is a short distance from Winter Park, Arapaho National Forest, Granby Lake, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Amazing Fishing Experience

The property was pristine and was just as advertised. The kitchen was stocked better than ours at home! The host left excellent instructions for everything. We thouroghly enjoyed our visit, got in some good fishing and would stay in this home again without hesitation.

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Booked for a family/friends trip and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole experience. The cabin was clean and WELL STOCKED. We cooked every day and spent HOURS and hours on the back deck listening to the river and fly fishing in the backyard. Perfect location and accommodations for our needs. Hesitate to recommend as strongly as I’d like to for fear that it’ll be all booked up the next time we travel!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Our weekend getaway was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The neighborhood was so cute, the house was adorable and cozy! Our host was so amazing to work with! She went over and beyond and was very kind to us! I would recommend this place to anyone! We so much enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay here again the next time we are in Granby!! Loved the charming place!
