After following up with the homeowner, we would like to share this feedback: - The listing accurately states that the house is 1100 sq. feet. - The AC was removed as it is not needed in the cooler fall and winter months. - There are two clearly marked parking spaces available, and we note in the listing that stairs are required for access, but we're sorry this caught you off guard.
