This memorable Ski-in Ski-out condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Granby. With two bedrooms featuring a king, twin over queen bunk bed, extra trundle, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. The full kitchen, cozy living room, patio with a mountain view, and two bathrooms give ample space for your stay. Stay cozy with a fireplace in the living room along with fun games and tv's in every space. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gearing up for the next, this welcoming space makes it easy. We hope you enjoy what our place in Granby has to offer. Our complex also has our own hot tub for you to enjoy the stars and warm up your muscles after hiking or skiing!

We have a fully stocked kitchen to make your grocery store runs focus on food instead of all the incidentals that add up in cost. We have fully stocked bathrooms as well. There are plenty of games, books, and puzzles to entertain you and keep you laughing and telling funny stories. Our patio has comfortable couches and a beautiful view of the mountains.

Parking is super easy and there are no stairs to the door. This entire condo is on the first floor making it accessible for those that have challenges. We have also installed grab bars in the bathrooms and have a shower chair for those that need it.

Granby is an amazing town that offers year-round activities from fishing to skiing and hiking to boating. We are 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park! Love to hike, ride in the park, got a Jeep or ATV? Trails are everywhere! Granby is conveniently located to enjoy it all!

If you are a mountain biker, hop on the ski lift for a beautiful ride on the greens, blues, or black diamond trails as you view the gorgeous Granby mountain ranges.

Our condo is a 2 minute drive to the beautiful 18-hole golf course. With the Colorado River and Fraser River nearby, fishing and river activities are within a minutes reach! We are also a 20 minute drive to Lake Granby and a 30 minute drive to Grand Lake.

Do you want to stay local? We are a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the Base Lodge and clubhouse that offers ski rentals, warm firepit as you watch your family ski down the mountain, a restaurant you can enjoy a hot toddy while you wait, for a daily rate a fitness club, heated pool, hot tub, and game room.

Need a bigger town? Hope over to Winter Park for family-friendly and challenging skiing!
