Dear James, we do not have a dumpster in front of our guestrooms. We are very sorry to hear if the trash pick up was too loud this morning - it is absolutely beyond our control as it must be done in accordance to the Waste Management's schedule, usually earlier in the morning. Regarding the hotel location, we are located in the town of Tusayan - 1 mile to the entrance and 7 miles to the rim. We are again, apologize if there is a misunderstanding when you booked. Dear Neha, we are sorry to hear about your stay experience. Please note that our dumpster was located outside and around the corner of the building, however, your room has an interior access and no view of the dumpster. We showed you arrived before 6pm and no complaint regarding your concerns though. Have we known of your dissatisfaction, we would offered you a room move or even offer a free upgrade. Thank you for staying with us Laura. We are located just a mile OUTSIDE the park in the town of Tusayan. The seasonal shuttle is operated by the NPS itself, and the park pass/fee is required. It usually runs between mid May through Mid September. At this time, we recommend our guests to leave early (before 9am) for shorter line to enter the park. Thank you.

Thank you for your return visit Justin. Since we are open year-round, we offer multiple rooms option, such as indoor/outdoor access or balcony. Please check with the front desk for availability or request in advance for certain room. Rest assured, we work hard to maintain our property and we offer a competitive rate. We are one of the full service hotels in the area as we have a restaurant on site (breakfast package available at the hotel), a saloon/lounge. We also have seasonal outdoor pool/spa, year-round indoor spa, a fitness (we are sorry you may have missed this). We also offer coin-operated laundry for guests convenience. A hotel concierge and 24/7 front desk are available to assist guests. We recently added 4 EV charging stations as well. These are just some of our amenities we currently offer.
