Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly. We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations.'

'Male reception staff was not welcoming at all. No welcoming words, little response to questions. He seemed uninterested in helping anyone.
