'I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. 'Just not that this is an escape.from everyday life. There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.'

'Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. 'Dirty does not look anything like picture old dilapidated this is a real review this place is old 1920 look foul stench I would never recommend this place. You been warned '

'The staff were nice enough but the water was turned off a lot of times and we had to wait a few hours at times for it to be turned back on.'

'The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.'

'The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms.
