Perfectly adorable!!!
The moment you walk in, you feel at home! It was very comfortable & clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious & a beautiful kitchen. The location was perfect! Our grandson is a student athlete at CMU & this house was so close to campus & downtown. Loved our time in Grand Junction!

Absolutely Perfect
Probably the cleanest most well kept place I have ever stayed. I felt right at home when I walked in the door. Owners were friendly while being unobtrusive and I felt very comfortable contacting should the need have arisen. The only thing we had to buy was the food we ate and having a full kitchen with all the things you would need to prepare a meal made it feel even more like home, right down to the tea kettle. Thanks again for making your home available to us. :D

Felt Like Home
We were so comfortable in this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect. We loved the charm of this updated, but older house. Easy walk to all the fun shopping and restaurants downtown. We would love to come back.

Junction Get Away
My sister and I adored this wonderful home that was perfect for 2 elderly women. No stairs, the walk in shower was divine and the beds were so clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. We will be back and stay a little longer next time! Thank you!

Grand Junction Gem
This house was perfect for my husband and I while in town dropping our daughter off at Mesa. Everything was just perfect, especially the location to the university. We will definitely be staying here when we visit our daughter, if it is available.

Convenient to downtown
This was a great place to stay convenient to downtown. Needs we’re comfortable. Two things I would suggest. Level the bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom, is slopes from left to right. Also put Kleenex in the bedrooms and bath.

The May Stay in Grand Junction
Very cute property. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and parks. Several Golf courses close by and easy access to 6, 50, and I70 to get to beautiful canyons hikes and drives.

CHIPETA SAFE HAVEN
This well appointed, small "home-away" gave us just the right safe and comforting environment we needed to navigate a really challenging life event: Our mom's terminal cancer diagnosis. So grateful to have a home base, with a functional kitchen, a comfortable bed, a place to sit outside, a place to gather to share meals, is very meaningful, especially in these COVID times....

Month away in Grand Junction
The house was the perfect size for two. However, due to the age of the house the uneven floors presented a slight problem., especially for us seniors. Even though there was a screened porch, which was one of the reasons we chose the property the only seating was a small settee which was tired and in need of new cushions. We were glad we had a folding chair to use. Also it is need of more linens especially for a month stay.

Sorry to hear you were not 100% pleased with our home and your stay. As far as the linens, we thought two sets of sheets per room was sufficient for any stay as we do have the washer and dryer on site. We will consider the other feedback to make sure things are comfortable for all of our future guests. Thank you for your input Shari

Wonderful place in a great location.
This is a totally charming bungalow. We could not have been more pleased. Kitchen was great and had basic necessities supplied for us. I am somewhat particular about mattresses and the front bedroom had a fairly firm mattress that was totally comfortable for my weeks stay. Love that there is a full sized couch and a love seat. Allowed my sister and I to stretch out as we enjoyed movies each night. Wonderful stay.

Great cottage in great location
We stayed at the Chipeta house last weekend and love it! It was a very easy location for us as we drove out to Country Jam each day, and was also near a great couple of restaurants and breweries that we ventured to. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the property, which ended up being no big deal (the wireless internet wasn’t connecting for us and the owner offered to send somebody out; it was just a matter of restarting the router thing). Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
