Great Little House!
Loved the extra touches, like the luggage racks in the bedrooms. We cooked two nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is located on a busy street but that was fully disclosed. The noise machines worked well. Thanks for a great stay.

Location, Cuteness!
This little house is close to Main Street, a nice walk to shops and restaurants on the pedestrian friendly downtown. The house is clean, well decorated, very comfy bed. I loved the two screened porches-one in front, one in back, for reading and enjoying the early morning, late evening hours. The chairsin front need a little love.....new cushions, arm repair. But that was minor considering the joy I got sitting outside. The parking in the back yard was wonderful.....plenty of room. Thank you for providing a nice place to stay during my visit!

Wonderful property, appointed Nicely, comfortable beds … close to downtown shopping, restaurants, hiking and vineyards! Enjoyed the fire pit and home had everything we needed! Great stay highly recommend to stay if in GJ! Wonderful hosts!! Thank you!!

Really enjoyed this little house for six nights of glorious foliage and hiking in Grand Junction
Just the right size for the two of us and loved the two enclosed porches (one fully screened so able to sit outside at night and enjoy the sunset views of the CO National Monument). Close to everything,though downtown is about 7/10 of a mile away and we loved the xeriscaping and native plants and watching all the birds that make their homes in the trees. The sound machines are a dream and block out Ute Avenue noise (and the trains totally). Very nicely decorated which the photos don't show as they make it look a bit kitschy. We will be back!

Quaint home in Grand Junction
This property didn’t disappoint. It was perfect for my mother and me. Owner disclosed everything about property in the listing so there were no surprises. Location was close to downtown and the baseball stadium (which is why we were there). Excellent communication and everything went smoothly!

Very Cute Economy Stay
Such a cute place. Beautifully decorated with very cost-effective decor. I was glad to have such a convenient location at such a great price, and was ok to compromise on size and small kitchen and bath. I will say this is not the right place for you if you plan to prepare more elaborate meals because the kitchen is small and has just the basics. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beds are double so tall people have small beds. Description on line accurate! Busy Road and train near but really didn’t bother me. Has everything you need! Great hosts!

Beautiful home, great location!
This home was super cute and clean, and provided us just what we needed for the weekend: walking distance to Main Street, and a quick drive to the wineries. However, I can't review this stay without mentioning a mishap. This home is 'smart', and upon entering, we mistakenly unplugged something. I was communicating with the owner the whole time, but things escalated VERY quickly and after VRBO called me, the owner told me she would be calling the cops on us, and if one of us wasn't there they would forcefully enter. (The property manager was out of town). The internet had apparently been disconnected, and while I understand this caused the owners great stress because they couldn't watch us on the cameras, the cops were called when we were downtown eating dinner, and had to rush back to meet them and waste almost 2 hours of our evening. Considering I was trying to be technical support, and everything was 'lit up' on our end, we weren't too sure what was wrong. Thankfully the husband finally helped out, and we were on our way. So, overall a lovely stay, but...make sure you don't unplug anything. While I'm aware this is apart of the 'rules', we were just trying to stop a beeping and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress on a Friday.

This was a lot of unnecessary drama to sneak in pets (cats and litter box). They could have just paid the pet fee. Our first night of vacation was ruined because we had to make a bunch of phone calls and eventually send the police over to see why they had disarmed the security system. We thought they were having a party (against house rules and also illegal during a pandemic) but no, it was just cats! Then they spent the whole rest of their stay trying to hide the cats. It was actually a bit comical. Should have just paid for the pet guests because we ended taking it from their deposit. This is not a hotel. This is personal property. We have been so generous opening our home up during a pandemic, creating jobs by hiring professional cleaners and a property manager, hosting first responders, and now even allowing pets so we just don't understand this "stick it to the man" kind of behavior.

Wonderful cottage! We will be back!
My daughters and I stayed at this wonderful little home for three nights and had a marvelous time. The house is impeccably clean and furnished/decorated adorably. The beds are very comfortable and everything we needed was furnished. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen, which saved us time and money. The home is centrally located, which made shopping downtown easy and accessible. The security system and internet were exceptional and the owners checked in on us before, during and after the visit to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great interior design and property owner is great to work with. Landscaping was a mess, tons of overgrown weeds. And there was a $1,500 deposit for one night's stay, which seems excessive.

Great Cozy Place!
My wife and I loved staying at this cute, cozy cottage! Beautifully decorated and very clean, this place exceeded our expectations. Roxanne was very responsive to any and every question we had and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We'll definitely try to stay here, again, next time we're coming through town.
