Experience the best of Grand Junction in our centrally-located 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all the action while also having a cozy backyard seating area that offers stunning views of the city. This is the perfect home base for families or groups who want a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the city.

The primary bedroom features a spacious en suite with a double sink vanity, standup shower, and soaking tub. The third bedroom includes a quiet writing desk with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans of all sizes, an oven, a microwave, a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Maker, and plenty of dishes. *At this time, the refrigerator water filter has been turned off. A Brita Water Filter and ice trays have been provided in the meantime*

The spacious fenced-in backyard with a patio offers excellent space for outdoor dining while enjoying the evening views. Propane Grill is available for use during the Summer season.

Our townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants and hospitals.

☞ 8 minutes to Down Town Grand Junction
☞ 15 minutes to Palisade Wine Country

While the house can host a maximum of 8 people, we recommend 5 - 6 as the perfect group size. We're happy to host all 8, but remember, it will be a little cozier.

Guests can access the entire townhouse with one driveway parking spot and three additional parallel parking spots at the back of the property.
Keyless entry at the front and back of the property. We have one security camera on the front side of the property facing the driveway and one on the rear side facing the back gate. They will be on during your stay.

*HOA maintains the front and back yard on Thursdays during the spring and summer.
*Evaporative Cooler is turned off from November to May. We de-winterize after Mother's Day to avoid late freeze. Doors may swell during the summer months.
*Garage access is not available at this time

Jalen and her husband were very accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location and size of unit was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor patio several nights in a row. Woukd definitely stay there again!

My quartet came for a singing workshop & this VRBO was a short 6 minute drive from CMU. Beds were all very comfortable & bathrooms were just fine. Would have been nice if there was kleenex in the bathrooms.Only complaint was a foul smell emanating from the kitchen sink- pipes/disposal need to be checked.

Our group of four used this property for the Palisade Tour De Vineyards bike ride and the Colorado Winefest. About aa 15 minute drive to downtown Palisade, so the location was fine! Quiet street, very clean and lots of space. We didn't have access to the garage, but were able to keep our bikes in the 3rd bedroom. Big kitchen with everything you need if you wish to cook on your own. The only (non)issue was the mattresses were softer than we are accustom to, but my husband prefers a very firm mattress. We would definitely book again next year if we attend the event!

Lovely propery very convienient

I had to come to Grand Junction to be with my brother who was in the VA hospital. He passed away on July 30. The day before his son was able to get there from California. The home ois very relaxing and easy to find. I plan to stay again when his serviced is held at the VA cemetary in Grand Junction. Thank you for being so accomodating

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The townhouse was clean, roomy, and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts even provided plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, soap, etc. the hosts were very responsive and friendly. This is a great place to stay! You won’t regret it!!!

Great Home for Swim Meet

I brought four of my grandkids to participate in the Grand Junction Invitational swim meet. This home is 5 minutes from Colorado Mesa University, the site of the meet. We had enough beds for our group, and the home allowed me to prepare healthy meals for my swimmers. They all slept well and ate well, and they were able to perform at their best. Our group had 13 best times, and 6 appearances in the finals. If our team returns next year, we would want to stay here again.

Our week stay!

This is an excellent place to stay! The house is beautiful and clean. They provide necessities such as coffee, soap, and have the kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Bed is comfortable! It is a safe location. We will definitely return.
