Outstanding location and Cottage
The house was in a convenient location for us attending CMU graduation. It was also close to downtown. The house is updated with adjoining bathrooms for each bedroom.

Conference stay.
Easy check in, lock box was a little tricky. Very clean, well stocked with basic needs. Everything was easy to find and use. Beds were absolutely the comfiest! Only cons were, the 3rd bedroom is not a room, alcove off the living room without even a curtain for privacy. 3 adults for a conference made it a little weird. The back patio/deck area was filthy with leaves and debris and the chairs were so rotted we were afraid of falling thru. Would stay again, clean, comfortable, safe and great location. Would love to sit out on the patio and relax next time.

Perfect Spot
This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just a good as the first time!! Great location since I was visiting my daughter @ CMU. Lots of room and private bed/bath areas for both of us. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen for a few dinners with friends and just really enjoyed the space. Jennifer was super prompt when I had an issue getting in (my fault, not hers!!). We will be back for sure.

Couples weekend get away!!
This was our second time staying in Grand Junction. This little cottage not far from downtown was perfect this go around. The house was kept in great shape and everything felt clean and put together. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The house had everything you needed amenity wise. A few bathroom and kitchen supplies etc. The house has a bunch of hidden gems for your morning tea and relaxing. It was a nice getaway from home!!

Relaxing Getaway!
My family and I had a very relaxing and fun stay at this cottage. We played multiple board games and card games that were provided. The beds were cozy and very comfortable for a peaceful sleep. We definitely recommend this cozy cottage and most likely will be back when visiting family from now on. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Place is decorated very well, but not very clean. Dried food on the counter, hair in the bath tub. Dirt and a dried contact on the bedroom floor. Fish smell came from the kitchen sink eberytime we turned iron

Extremely cute house! Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to downtown GJ (like a half mile but walkable for us). Loved having 2 master style suites for my brother and I! Would definitely stay again!

Peach Run Success!
Jennifer's place was the perfect spot for my family's annual run for end of the season peaches. Plenty of space for 4 adults and the 3 bathrooms was much appreciated. Conveniently located for getting to national monument, wineries, and Palisade. Recommended!

Great accommodations near downtown!
Great little cottage, and perfect for two couples! We walked downtown for brunch and dinner and were also a short drive from hiking trails and the Colorado National Monument.

Cute cottage
We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the location. Close to downtown which is really cute. 2 bedrooms were well equipped. 2 full bath and 1 half bath were great. My only complaint is the room in the front gets very light and there were small beetles (the hostess did have someone come to spray). Overall I would stay here again.

Four of us spent a couple of nights here when attending a concert. We found the neighborhood and the cottage to be clean, welcoming, and peaceful. We were within easy reach of the trails, the concert pavilion, and some charming restaurants.

Property was exactly as described. Newly remodeled. Neighborhood is quiet! Beds were comfy and we all slept good. If I ever go back to Grand Junction I would book this house again. Our Host was very nice and helpful. Great experience.

Downtown Cottage
We had an excellent time at the cottage. The neighborhood is quiet, and walkable to downtown. The space and amenities were great for our group of four. Grand Junction is a good home base four outdoor adventures as well. Jennifer quickly responded to our inquiries and is a great host.

Perfect
The owner of this home thought of every detail. From perfect located kitchen supplies and a full bag of fresh ground coffee to laundry soap. The house was exceptionally clean and delightfully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable - my 76 yr old mother even reported she had the best night sleep in years :). The location is so close to everything in GJ and the owner was great with communication (although we didn't need a single thing when we arrived!). We couldn't have had a better stay. Thanks!

Great Location Great Comforts
Loved the layout and comforts of the home. All nicely remodeled. The bed was especially comfortable and the coffee was an extra nice perk. Made you feel like you were at home but still on vacation. Great proximity to the downtown area and the college. Would definitely stay again. Also, the property owner was very responsive to any inquiries, a plus plus.

Nice house in a great location
Just as the listing showed, this was a nicely updated house in a good location in downtown Grand Junction. We spent a few days seeing sights in the area, and the house suited our family of five quite well. We didn't have any issues, but communication with Jennifer was good and I'm sure she would have been easy to work with had we had something come up. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the craftsman charm of the house.

Great property!
This was a very charming little cottage. It was close to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved having cocktails outside under the pergola in the evenings and coffee in the morning on the front porch. Coffee was provided, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the A/C was very efficient and appreciated on the hot afternoons in late summer. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Our Needs
The ‘Downtown Cottage’ was a delight from the minute we opened the door. The colors were quite pleasing and there was plenty of room for four adults to move around in. Each bedroom having its own bathroom plus an extra 1/2 bath made getting ready in the morning super easy. Being so close to everything was fantastic. Would gladly recommend and stay there again ourselves!

Nice place, would stay again. Easy walk to Main Street area and short drive to Colorado Mesa campus. One thing to be aware of, property search comes up as 3 bedrooms, it is not. The description text however, is accurate and states 2 bedrooms. The extra bed is a day bed in the bay window. Overall great stay.

Perfect Location!
My sister and I traveled to Grand Junction from Salt Lake City with our 86-year-old father, and the location was perfect in a residential area less than a mile from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown! We enjoyed having three bathrooms and separate sleeping areas, and were able to spend some time just watching TV when we needed a break from sightseeing. Jennifer gave great instructions, and we thoroughly enjoyed this property!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and has everything we needed. We loved the front porch! However, had no desire to visit the backyard to relax. Some work could really be done there so we were disappointed about that. I would stay again .
