Country-style kitchen with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. Gas cooktop with double oven. Microwave, toaster, Keurig, and toaster oven. Stacked washer/dryer. The main floor also has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and smart TV.

A short set of stairs leads to the primary bedroom, which has a king-size bed, electric fireplace, smart TV, and 3/4 bath.

Another short set of stairs goes down to a second family room that is perfect for younger people. Sleeper sofa and oversized sleeper chair with smart tv for gaming and separate entrance door.

12 minutes to the town of Grand Lake. 15 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park to the north and the town of Granby to the south. 20 minutes to skiing at Granby Ranch.

Please note that the water level of Lake Granby fluctuates throughout the year. It is normally low in the winter and spring and fills during snow melt. It has been full from mid-June through September for the past 10 years. When full, the lake water is 50 feet from the back deck. When the lake level is low, it will be further away from the cabin.
