The large expansive windows allow for the awe-inspiring views to be admired from the cozy living room, where there’s plush seating, a spacious dining table, and a fireplace. From here, guests can step out onto the generous wrap-around deck to bask in the mountain breeze and marvel at the starlit skies over the lake.



The stylish fully-equipped kitchen features an additional dining table plus all the essentials to cook big family meals. Guests will find an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, and an all-important dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze.



With five spacious bedrooms in total, all coming with fresh linens, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private atrium with 180-degree mountain views, perfect for wildlife spotting or stargazing. There are two other king-size bedrooms, as well as two queen-size bedrooms, and there are two bunk rooms, with one featuring a TV and a sofa while the loft also offers a serene workspace with dual monitors, blending productivity with paradise. The cabin also boasts four bathrooms where guests can soak in a luxury bathtub while enjoying the mountain views.



The kids, and, of course, the big kids, will love the downstairs game room. Transformed from the two-stall garage into a captivating game room, guests can enjoy some competitive fun with a pool table, ping-pong, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, a large-screen TV, and an incredible, fully operational full-size scoreboard - so everyone knows who the champ is.



Outside, the wrap-around deck is the ideal spot to fry up steaks on the grill and enjoy a cold brewski while taking in the jaw-dropping scenery. In the evening, guests can huddle around the fire pit to keep warm or slide into the hot tub and unwind with a glass of wine. And to make life even easier, there’s also ample parking for up to six vehicles, including boats and recreational equipment, featuring an electric vehicle plug-in, and a driveway suitable for trailers, which doubles as a thrilling sledding hill for the kids.



This idyllic retreat offers easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities, from exploring Grand Lake's charming town just minutes away to venturing into Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
