Gorgeous!
Pictures do not do this cabin justice! Location is breathtaking and home is spotless and well stocked! We loved the New Year’s Eve fireworks in Grand Lake. We would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Cabin on Grand Lake
We had a great stay and experience and definitely would recommend to others. The location is wonderful, a brief drive to Rocky Mtn Nat Park and a short drive or healthy walk to town. The house was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent at this cabin right on Grand Lake. We fished and used our paddle boards, October has minimal to no boat traffic so the water was primed for paddle barding. Our son perfected his cast and caught rainbow trout. We came prepared to bake cookies but the house was already stocked with a mixer and cookie sheets. Also one of the few VRBOs we’ve rented that is so stoked with toiletries: Lotion, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, that was GREAT! Also, my husband is super picky about mattresses and he LOVED the downstairs king. We are excited to bring extended family here.

Cabin on the lake
We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin on the lake. My boys loved getting out on the water. It was very peaceful. We loved hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park everyday and checking out the quaint town of Grand Lake. Patty is a great host and provided everything we needed at the cabin!

God’s Country….
We have lived here all our lives and never get tired of seeing Grand Lake. The view from the Cabin is wonderful. The Cabin is clean and comfortable and sits on the Lake looking North towards the town. Host provides a full package of entertainment packages on two new TV’s. Note, you cannot stream on them if that’s something you like to do. Host provides lots of water craft entertainment too. We look forward to returning to this beautiful cabin.

Just to clarify, our TV’s are set up with YouTube Live for sporting events and local news, Netflix and Amazon prime which stream movies and shows. This guest wanted to stream video games which we are not set up to do.

Wonderful Property in a World Class Location
I have grown up visiting Grand Lake. A lot of the VRBOs there are old properties that take advantage of the great location to provide a sub standard experience. Not this property! It’s very comfortable and clean and the unit owner does a great job.

Great property!
This house is situated right on Grand Lake. Waking up to see the beautiful lake against the mountains never gets old. Our grandkids were over the moon casting off of the docks and going for paddle boat rides. This property is immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed out little get away and would definitely come back again! Thank you!

This place was absolutely beautiful.
The views from this house was absolutely amazing. We saw a bald Eagle nesting right by. The owners had binoculars so you could bird watch. Very clean house. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Quite Thanksgiving Getaway
My wife and two teenage sons really enjoyed this beautiful lake cabin for our Thanksgiving getaway! Nestled in a quite neighborhood close to winter park and the Rocky Mountains where we enjoyed hiking and a little skiing. Please take the need for 4x4 seriously if visiting in the winter months!

Awesome home on Grand Lake
I highly recommend Patty's home for your next Colorado trip. Set right on Grand Lake, the views from the house are stunning. It feels like you're looking at a painting. The house itself was spotless and so comfy. Not only were the beds and couches great, but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check it out before you go shopping, as you probably only need to buy the food you want to cook. The 4 of us had hot water for every shower and the washer and dryer looked brand new. Stream whatever you want from either tv, cook on the grill, enjoy the fire pit, fish from the dock, take a boat out or just relax with a cocktail on the pergola. This house really had it all. We traveled into Rocky Mountain National Park multiple times. The Grand Lake entrance is about 10 minutes away. There was never a line to enter, unlike the busier Estes Park entrance. Plenty of good hiking on the west side. And the town of Grand Lake is very charming. There are good restaurants and some cute shops. The local market has all the basics, but you may want to travel to Granby for your big shop. Patty was very communicative and a great host. She welcomes you into her home and gives you all the information you need. If you decide to book, please check out the home's website she provides. It tells you the history of the home and makes you feel like you're part of the family. I really can't recommend this home highly enough. All my friends agreed that it was just perfect. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful home in such an awe-inspiring location.

Cozy Lakeside Cabin
The scenic views from the cabin over Grand Lake were spectacular - especially at sunrise! The entire property was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and ample counter space. The owners provided a wide array of consumables so that all we needed to bring was food and beverages. We were two couples traveling together, and with bedrooms and baths on both floors, each couple had ample privacy when not enjoying the open living area and kitchen together. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive- I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Grand Lake vacation home
Property was super clean and had views of the lake and into RMNP that will last a lifetime. Patty is a terrific host and left no detail out on check in or departure process. She is easy to communicate with and genuinely wants guests to enjoy their home. No need to look for another vacation home in Grand Lake! Trail Ridge Road leading into the west entrance of RMNP is less than 15 minutes away and the shops and restaurants in Grand Lake are 5 minutes from cabin. We've stayed in many Colorado mountain resort towns like Breckenridge and this is by far our favorite spot. Way less crowded than other spots. We will be back!

The most BEAUTIFUL place!
I have never written a VRBO review in all of the places I have ever stayed but Patty was so amazing and the house was so amazing and the view was so amazing that I just had to! If you are considering this place.... just do it. The house is exactly as pictured, the beds are so comfortable, don't even get my started on the pillows (I asked the owner for the link the day we left so I could go home and buy them for myself), the view is impossible to put into words, the number of fun things they offer to do on the lake is perfect. The lake seemed to be more laid back than most lakes I have been to, which was a plus. Pretty much everything was kayaking, paddle boarding or canoeing. The people that were in boats were usually just cruising around so it felt completely safe to canoe across the lake. I can't say enough good things about this place or Patty as a host. Incredible...I Grand Lake as a town was beautiful, clean, friendly and unique! I can't recommend this place enough... I will 100% be back! Thank you, Patty, for being an amazing host!!!

We visited the cabin in winter time and it was absolutely stunning. The location is great. The owners let us know ahead of time that the roads required a 4WD vehicle and that was true. Gorgeous home, gorgeous views, great host!
We rented this gorgeous Grand Lake property for a mini fall break getaway. The property was clean and had mostly new, eclectic furnishings. We stay at a lot of Vrbos and this one was by far and away the best appointed. They stock pretty much every spice and kitchen gadget you might need, and even provide high quality shampoos and soaps in their clean, modern bathrooms. My teens were thrilled to have the kayaks and canoe on-site and at their disposal, and we made use of a ladder ball set as well. We also took advantage of the provided firewood so we could be outside in the chilly fall weather and enjoy the gorgeous views. Owner is very responsive - and much of the art inside the home is her own! You can tell the property is loved. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cozy cabin on the lake. Fully stocked kitchen. Very quick access to the town and far away enough to feel peacefully secluded. Owners were lovely and responsive to any questions. Everything was up to date which was very nice. Great electronics. Wifi can go in and out at times, but how much do you need wifi in a place like that... Overall, my partner and I loved our stay there. Highly recommend it.

Well-Appointed Lake Home
The property was exactly as billed. It was a beautiful lakefront view with easy access to all of the amenities of Grand Lake. I've stayed at many rental homes and condos over the years, and Patty's place was hands down the most well-appointed home I've ever stayed in. She thought of everything! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for our family each night. The bathrooms had everything we needed. I will gladly recommend this home to my friends and family!

FIVE Stars Lake and Mountain Views****
We had the most amazing and relaxing experience staying at this house!!! We spent our time staring out over the lake and the grandkids really enjoyed the hummingbirds It was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Grand Lake and we got to enjoy the quaint little town and shopping. Best Lakefront Cabin Ever!
Unanimous family vote that this magical cabin was our best rental experience to date! First off- the view is utterly spectacular- just one wide, sweeping survey of the lake- you could spend your whole vacation just sitting on the deck and watching lake activities. The cabin itself was immaculate, light-filled, and very luxurious from the tasteful decor to even the hand soaps in the bathrooms! The dock and generous waterfront space - - all you could want for fishing or just sitting. The owner was super responsive and gracious. This is a well- cared for and one of a kind space that was the perfect take off for enjoying Grand Lake- there was even a trail head two minutes walking distance from the house. Very special place!!

This newly remodeled cabin was beautiful and the view from the deck was spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. The bedrooms were on the small side but that’s not where the majority of our time was spent. The location was wonderful as well! Patty was great to work with and always quick to answer any questions.
