Lakefront Vakantiewoning in de stad

De woning is gelegen in het hart van Grand Lake. De voorkant van het pand kijkt uit op de stad, terwijl de achterkant grenst aan Grand Lake. Een van de weinige eigenschappen in Grand Lake die het beste van beide geniet. Slechts 5 minuten van de ingang van Rocky Mountain National Park.

Het pand is in 2017 gekocht en volledig gerenoveerd. Het is 2 slaapkamers 2 badkamers en 1080 sqf. De master heeft een kingsize bed, terwijl de gast twee volle bedden heeft. De bank in de woonkamer kan volledig worden uitgetrokken. De plaats slaapt comfortabel 6. Het pand is ook uitgerust met WIFI en kabel-tv. Het heeft een volledig functionele keuken met alle servies en bestek voor degenen die liever koken. Er is een gashaard in de woonkamer. Het apparaat heeft ook een sauna. Een wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in de unit. Bepaalde soorten pakketten kunnen bij aankomst en per aanvraag worden gemaakt.

De meren zijn erg schoon en het vissen en varen zijn fantastisch. Er is een openbaar zandstrand om te zwemmen en ook een openbare aanlegsteiger die overdag kan worden gebruikt. Paddle boarding, volleybal, kajakken, varen, winkelen en wandelen bevinden zich allemaal binnen 1 minuut van de accommodatie. Als u van winter houdt, zijn ijsvissen en lef ook binnen 1 minuut van de accommodatie. 45 minuten rijden brengt u naar het Winter Park Ski Resort.

Great location Place could be cleaner

The location and views of the lake are excellent. The fit and finish of the bedrooms and bathrooms was poor. The overall impression was that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not as clean as they could be. The master bath was contacted to a storage room that was gross. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the condo

BEAUTIFUL SOLITUDE

This condo is ideally located on Grand Lake and next to Rocky Mountain National Park.We enjoyed the beautiful view, the peace, the solitude, a visit to RMNP, and the quiet yet vibrant town of Grand Lake, including a fine performance by the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater (2 blocks from the condo). The condo was wonderful - everything as advertised. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing view of the lake! Nicely appointed condo with everything you need. Walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. We were there primarily to hike and fish, it didn’t disappoint! You will love this place and the owner was very responsive. If you get a chance check out the Repertory Theatre, it was great.

Amazing vacation

This property has it all! Fantastic views and ideal location. We were able to walk everywhere in 5 minutes. It was delightful to have coffee on the deck with panoramic views of the lake. Quiet and perfect!

Best Location in town

We absolutely loved the property, the views were spectacular and the location is the best. Recommendations are to bring a blow dryer, property doesn’t have one. Definitely cute, clean, safe, and comfy. Would 100% return.

Beautiful spot in Grand Lake

Perfect location and a lovely little condo. TV wasn't working while we were there, but who needs a TV in a beautiful spot like this. Close to town but still peacefull & quiet.The kids loved the cuddle buddie blankets and we all loved the view and hummingbirds on the deck. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the deck was incredible! Other then exploring RMNP, our mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite. Grand Lake is such a cute town! Hope to visit again one day!

Perfect spot at Grand Lake

Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful place right on the water. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the birds soar over the lake. The views from the dinner table were perfect as well. We even got to see a rainbow one evening. Shane was a responsive host. We’d certainly choose to stay here again!

Great amenities and a more beautiful view than expected!! Some things to note, there was a missing coffee maker so recommend bringing a French press if you have it. Additionally, if you’re cooking for a crowd, the fire alarm is sensitive and the exhaust fan isn’t that effective so if you’re cooking a lot at once just be mindful of heat/exhaust. That aside, if we do go back would 10/10 book this place again :) A wonderful time in an even more wonderfully maintained Vrbo.

We loved the great location close to downtown and on the waterfront. So easy to walk the waterfront and downtown for shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The remodeling and upgrades made for a enjoyable stay. Shane was quick to respond to a message and very helpful. We would definitely return!

It was great, great location nice views awesome weather could not have been better. The only negative was when the neighbors got there and where upstairs above us. Real noisy had kids running and jumping on the floor. Outside of that it was great. Although we dont have anything to compare this stay to. First vacation in 30 years..

Incredible view, wonderful location

My family stayed here for a September wedding in Granby. The view from inside the condo and on the balcony was just beautiful. We felt the condo was well equipped. We were able to make some frozen foods one night. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat. Being able to do laundry is a big perk for our family. Even my mother in law was impressed with how modern and pretty the inside of the condo was. Very close to entering RMNP. We saw a huge black bear just below the balcony so be aware after dark! We would definitely return next time we are in Grand Lake. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Lakefront Rental

We found this property last minute while on a road trip through Colorado. Booking was extremely easy as well as the check in process. The amazing view of the lake and the location right in town were the highlights of our stay! The space is bright, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy. Really had everything you need for a nice getaway on the lake or to RMNP.
