'Extremely Heavy smoke smell and the building did not seem very safe or secure as every time we came in or out, the side door was either not latched or held open with a rock.'

'I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

'Hair in shower area. Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower.'

'There is a lot of activity in front of the rooms.'

'Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.'

'Breakfast was really good! I do feel as if paying for parking separately isn’t really common or handy. It should come with the pay for our stay, as well I wish the bathroom was cleaned a lot better but outside of that, the hotel was a pretty nice stay!'
