When we checked into
our room around 5 PM, we could hear the TV in room adjacent to use through the wall. Since we were going out to dinner, we didn’t think too much about it. When we returned, you could hear the TV in the same room out in the hallway and again in our room. We thought by 10 or so the TV would be turned off. We attempted to go to sleep, but were soon awakened by the TV. At 3 AM, we called the front desk room to complain. The night manager informed us the room occupants were deaf, but she’d try to resolve the problem. We then heard someone pounding on the door of the adjacent room. The TV was turned down, but at 5:30 AM, we were awakened again by the TV. By 8:30 AM the noise continued. We showered, then discover the hairdryer was broken. We called the front desk and we’re told someone would bring us one. After 15 mins, my wife, with wet hair, went down to the front desk where the desk clerk and a room service person were chatting. She was told once again, that someone would bring us a hairdryer. One finally came. We the tried making coffee with room’s coffee machine, but it too was broken! We went down to breakfast and I stopped at the front desk to speak to the person in charge, THE SAME PERSON WHO HAD CHECKED US IN THE NIGHT BEFORE! She confirmed she knew the people in the room next to us were death. She said we should have requested to be moved at 3 AM! She said the hotel manager would have to call us. Left TX number…no call back!
