The Space:

Discover the exceptional space at The Finnley Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Featuring a custom King bed, free high-speed WiFi, Hulu live TV (no additional apps available) & movies, and blackout shades, your comfort and entertainment are well taken care of. The room also includes a table for 2, and air conditioning (mini splits). There is a shared ice machine, and a shared toaster oven for your convenience.



In addition to these features, you'll enjoy a range of amenities, including a 50" HDTV (Hulu is included, but we do not allow additional apps), record player, and Bluetooth speaker. The convenience of a mini fridge, espresso machine (start up pods), and cocktail mixing set is at your fingertips. You'll also find a garment steamer, hairdryer, first aid kit, luggage rack, safety box, and flashlight for your comfort and convenience. (No kitchen in room or in the property).



We provide complimentary items to enhance your stay, including 2 bottles of water, start up espresso pods, creamers, shower products, soaps, and bath tissues.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private hotel suite. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Our stylish accommodations showcase similar design and decor in every suite, ensuring a consistent experience. Access to the suites is easy with an elevator, as they are located on the lower basement level. Property amenities include a record player, bluetooth speaker, espresso machine, cocktail mixing set, and complete privacy during your stay. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

Getting Around:

There are several convenient ways to get around downtown Grand Rapids, whether you're exploring the town or commuting to nearby destinations:

Car: The most common mode of transportation in Grand Rapids is by car. The town is easily accessible by major highways such as I-96, US 131 and M-6 and and there are car rental companies in the area for visitors who do not have their own vehicles.

Public Transit: There is the Rapid bus system and routes cover major destinations such as hospitals, shopping centers, and tourist attractions, and fares are affordable. There is also the DASH Bus, which is a free downtown shuttle.

Bikes and Scooters: There are bike and scooter rentals through "Lime." Simply download the app to get started.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services: Visitors can use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, or hail a taxi to get around Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.

Walking: Grand Rapids is a pedestrian-friendly town, and many destinations such as restaurants, shops, and parks are within walking distance of each other.

• No daily cleaning is provided. Each unit is cleaned before arrival.

• Our team is only at the property during limited hours. If you need extra towels, linens, or supplies, please request them 1 day in advance.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-5% off for stays 7+ nights

-10% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
