It is in rough shape. Patches in walls all over. Bathroom door had a hole. It’s cleaned to the bare minimum. Feet stuck to the floors in the room. Mold came out the jets in the soaking tub. There was no sleeping loudest hotel I’ve been in. Door’s slamming people screaming. People above me stomping and moving furniture all night.

Stayed here a couple weeks while waiting for our new place to be move in ready. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. Weekends are a bit noisy due to it being much busier, however, i didnt really notice too much. The light breakfast in the morning was really a nice way to start the day. The pool area is tidy and there is an exercise room as well. There are some renovations ongoing, but nothing that interupted our stay or really bothered us at all. All in all the staff made our stay pleasant and i would definately stay there again.

This is an absolutely horrible place to stay. Lots of crime at the hotel often. Hotel grounds look like no one cares about visual appearance. The smell of the linens kept me awake throughout the night. Staff were uncaring about patrons needs. Be warned, do not stay here.

Do not stay here! The exterior door to enter the hotel is supposed to be locked and require a room key to enter 24 hours a day. It was never locked. A major safety issue. The room was filthy and it is clear that the management makes no attempt to clean it or care. Someone hung two car air fresheners in the air conditioning vent, clearly to mask the smell of the place. The window of the room looks directly into the indoor pool. I’m pretty sure people use this hotel as a place to do drugs. I don’t think pets are allowed but at 2am someone’s large dogs were barking in the hallway. Again, no one from hotel management cares. I could go on and on, but you probably already get the idea that you should avoid this place at all costs.

Place to sleep - nothing more Paid a cheap rate and certainly glad I paid no more , hotel needs a LOT of fixing up , very run down , 1 elevator around the total opposite end of the lobby and not a lot of explaining upon check in ( later at night ) Breakfast was not great at all If you want a cheap place to sleep and don’t care about anything else , this is your spot , ( online pics look better than the real hotel )

The hotel is large and the location of the only elevator is not convenient at all. Smoking was allowed near the only door near the elevator and it was rather smelly in the area. The fire alarm went off twice at about 4:35 and 5 am. We had know idea if it was real and we should pack up and get out or if it was related to the smoking.

This property is very run down, I had the people staying across from my hotel room steal my door dash order seconds after it was dropped off. You will hear running in the hallway, and slamming of doors, and the whole place smells like when you leave someone's house who smokes every day and the smoke lingers into the walls and carpets - I would never recommend staying at this place. Found pieces of hair in the bed, and on the bathroom floor.

The Jets In My Jacuzzi Tub Was Filthy I Had To jump Out Because When I Turned The jets On Dirt Came Out Of It so I had to Go Buy My Own Bleach, Comet Cleaner And Clean The Jets, the couch had a lot of stains so I had to flip the pillows. I asked for my bed set be changed because they was dirty and they remade my bed instead of changing the sheets the floors was dirty in my room I asked them to mop it and they didn’t so I had to also buy a mop and cleaning supplies for that. I don’t think I will be coming back.

Location is excellent. I have stayed in Wyndam many times and this is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in. The outside of the property is unkempt and ran down. Overall felt unsafe as the door with 24 hour access was broken so anyone could walk in. The door to the room was ill fitting with no security latch. People were walking down the hall all times of night. The room looked run down. The furniture was old and mismatched. It looked like it came from a liquidation center. The bed box spring was super noisy so that everytime your moved in bed it rattled.The tv was small and difficult to see. The hall carpet was dirty and smelled horrible in the halls. The night clerk while clean in appearance was so malordrodous I was sick to my stomach. I am very disappointed in the property overall I know that this property is run by Prestige Holdings but they are not doing postive service to the Wyndam name.

First off, we were greeting by some wild driver in the parking lot. Then we walked in to a funky smelling hallway. The room had walls that had smudge marks and dead mosquitoes squashed into the wall… it’s February, so obviously the walls haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Oh, the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet… and it loud sounds all night. The other guests were quite loud. I would have left immediately if it was earlier, but I was too tired from a long day of travel.

The hotel was convenient and a fare price. The beds were comfortable. And the room was clean. There were no bells and whistles pertaining to the hotel itself. But, it was comfortable and affordable. The check in wasn’t difficult, but I’ve had more pleasant customer service.

Beyond disappointing
This hotel in need of major maintenance and upgrades. Front desk person was barely audible had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Pool was down. There a leak behind one of the walls in the room overnight by morning water was all over the floor. Bags wet and contents inside including laptop that had to borrow a laptop for a church presentation that morning and had to figure out getting a new one. Which I’m sure they will not help replace. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal and boiled eggs.

Hotel in poor conditions and POOL CLOSED
Absolutely disappointed. Chose to stay at a hotel for the weekend due to a blizzard coming in. Chose this hotel since it has a pool. The pool area was pad locked so guests could not use the pool. Would be nice if they updated that on the website as multiple travelers had come to the hotel to swim. Some including myself had drove from an hour or more away. The rooms are in very run down condition and they didn't even provide a shower curtain. I spoke to a few other travelers who also had no shower curtain. Now we had personally stayed at this hotel a few years ago and the hotel conditions were much better. For sure will not be going back nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone
