'The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!'

'The staff are genuinely nice and professional. We had returned one night and a car with lots of stuff in it door was open. Unloading, returning or error? Front desk said if no one came in 10 minutes she would close the door. Welcoming atmosphere, clean remodeled room. We stay here several times a year when we return ‘home’ to JC. The staff reflects JC very well.'

'As another reviewer said, the pictures posted by the hotel are deceptive. This place smelled so bad throughout, we checked out immediately upon seeing/smelling the room. I should have looked at more of the reviews. Things look dirty and dated, including carpeting and furniture throughout the building. It has the stench of urine/wet dog as soon as you walk in. 'Groud level door to accessible room was not usable! Had to use a set of 5 really steep stairs to get to my room and back to my car.
Monday nite (around 11pm) there was a group of very loud men talking about d arguing in the hallway by my door.'
