'Our stay was an absolute dream! Lorna and Peter provided a one of a kind experience. Upon arrival we were giving a tour of the farm and grounds, then a walk through our cottage, which was clean, well maintained and full of activities. Lorna then invited us to check out the afternoon milking, then meet and PET the cows and then young calfs who were curious enough to walk over. 'If you’re thinking about booking this property - do it! After two weeks travelling through Ireland, I can confidently say this was my favourite spot. The property itself is gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. Make sure to try the freshly baked scones in the morning. The best I had on the whole trip! '

'Had a very good and pleasant stay on the outskirts of Kilkenny. Room, service and breakfast were all good. The only downside was the 15 minute walk from the center to get there, but to be honest when the weather is not to bad this is also refreshing. Managed to get a good price via hotels.com so also from price/quality perspective I can recommend this hotel.'

'We had an excellent stay. The staff was very very friendly and we even got an upgrade to a bigger room because it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was well managed with a big assortment of food. And: breakfast is included (instead of a lot of other hotels we visited). Nice gym and swimmingpool. Parking in the garage opposite the hotel for only a couple of Euro's extra. And all bars, restaurants, castle etcetera just around the corner. The best hotel and the very very best service we've experienced...

'We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great.
