Whether you're in town for a game, a campus visit, or a relaxing getaway with family and friends, this stylish Granger retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. With enough space to sleep up to 10 guests, the home features a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, two queen beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living room, making it ideal for groups of all sizes.



Inside, you’ll love the thoughtfully designed layout with two cozy living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, and a sunny, welcoming sunroom that’s perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or winding down at night. Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms and both full bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for every guest. Downstairs, the main level includes a half bath and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.



Step outside and enjoy your own private backyard oasis, complete with patio furniture, a gas grill for outdoor meals, and a gas fire pit surrounded by string lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening hangouts. For families traveling with little ones, there’s even a baby bath chair tucked away in the upstairs bathroom cabinet for your convenience. And yes—dogs are welcome, too!
