'The hotel is a poor choice if hoping for a good night's sleep. I was woken up several times throughout the night by loud vehicles and motorcycles. Otherwise, nice hotel.'

'We have stayed at the Historic Cary House for many years while visiting wine country near Placerville. It is very convenient and walkable to Main Street restaurants and to regional wineries. The hotel is clean and quiet. The front desk manager is very helpful.'

'The room was awesome. The condition was ok. The couches are white as it is decorated the way it was in the olden days and they are a bit dirty. I understand that. I was not comfortable sitting on it but I loved the room. There was no coffee in the room so that was no bueno. '
