'Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. What I love was it was close to the main highway but had problem finding the sign due to poor lighting and direction. We were checked in late so we’re having difficulty looking for the sign. Thank goodness for google map. All and all it was a nice area for a place to rest if you’re travelling far more to the north. It will be another added list for us now we know where the area. Maybe we will try the Beach area next. 😊'

'The restaurant on site has fantastic food! The Staff are ALL very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The swimming pools are very big and very clean. This is a great place to stay.

'This is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds, a friendly staff and good reasonably priced food. The room was very nice and comfortable with good internet. Bathroom was very cute with an atrium and live plants. Two negatives to the bathroom were no air conditioning ducts to keep it cool and no shower enclosure. This made it difficult to shower without getting the floor very wet. A shower enclosure and an A/C duct would solve this problem. Other than that the room was very very nice. '

'The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin'

'We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night.
We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good.
Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. '

'Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers.
