This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home spans three levels of light-filled living, designed for families and groups seeking connection, comfort, and nature’s beauty.
Wake to sweeping lake views through a wall of windows and enjoy coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the water. Spend the day paddling from your private dock - complete with a canoe and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) - then unwind in the outdoor hot tub or gather by the firepit at sunset.
Inside, vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and thoughtful design touches create a calm, inspiring atmosphere. With two living rooms and two washer/dryer sets, the home offers flexible comfort for groups up to 10. Located less than a block from the public boat ramp and minutes from Twanoh State Park, Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle, Crystal Waters is the perfect base for your Pacific Northwest escape.

Crystal Waters comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:

Main Level
- Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, spacious bathroom directly across with soaking tub and walk-in shower
- Living room with electric fireplace
- Washer and dryer

Loft Level
- Bedroom 2 (Loft): Two Queen beds, lake views, shared full bath with walk-in shower
- Desk with chair

Lower Level
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: King bed and Twin bed
(Note: the two lower-level bedrooms and bathroom have not yet been renovated)
- Second living room with arcade cabinet featuring retro games
- Second set of washer and dryer

Guest Access:
Guests will access the property through a door with a smart lock. The code to this lock will be sent out the morning of check in.

The nearby Alderbrook Resort & Spa offers fine dining and a luxurious spa experience overlooking the canal, while Potlatch State Park, Belfair State Park, and Olympic National Forest invite exploration.
You’ll also find charming local restaurants, coffee shops, and markets in Allyn and Belfair, with Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle all within easy reach for urban adventures, shopping, and museums. Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft may be unavailable or severely limited in the area, so rental cars/private vehicles are strongly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
- The two downstairs bedrooms and bathroom have not yet been renovated but are clean, comfortable, and fully functional.
- Swimming, boating, and fishing (with appropriate license) are allowed directly from the dock - guests must bring their own life vests.
- Cameras are located above the front door, side door, garage, and back patio. These are not monitored for guest behavior, but only for security.
