Exactly as advertised
Three of us attended the KVMR Celtic Fair at Nevada County Fairgrounds (close by). Wonderful music; incredible rain! The condo was so welcoming and warm after our day at the Fair. We had everything we needed; and were pleased to have chosen this delightful condo. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hoping to return soon.

We Just Keep Coming Back to Cozy Condo
We love staying at the Cozy Condo. It’s cute with updated decor, plenty of room, and is always clean. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and is walking distance to the fun downtown. We love this truly cozy condo! It is walking distance from downtown and wonderful restaurants. The condo is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. My family was very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities in the home to meet all of our needs!

This place is amazing and the hosts thought of EVERYTHING!! It is beautifully decorated, has ALL the amenities, the “town central” is a 3-5 minute walk. We loved Grass Valley — full of local fare, cute shops, wine tasting and balsamic tastings. Beds super comfortable, a very spacious home. Hats off to the Hosts — they made our stay easy, comfortable, and fun. 😊

Great stay and walkable to town!
We had a great stay at Deidre’s place. The townhome is better than even on th photographs, and a block from downtown Grass Valley. We love to walk so it was perfect for us and our small dog. The house is cozy, but enough room for a couple or up to 4 people. Also loved the cute back area with a grill and outdoor seating!

Great location in Grass Valley
This was a great place to stay near downtown Grass Valley, which is a super cute town that was fun to explore. The only things we'd improve is maybe better fans in the upstairs bedrooms (the AC didn't seem to circulate as well up there) and a full size trash in the kitchen so we didn't have to make so many trips. We had a good time and would stay here again.

We loved our time at the Cozy Condo. It was just a block from downtown, so we were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Deidra was very helpful with our booking. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy Condo - Near Mill St Shopping
Loved this property (pet friendly). Cozy Condo located in historic gold country. This unit was super clean, and very cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Stocked with essentials and more. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Walking distance to Mill Street which has restaurants, shopping and wine tasting. Only 4 minutes away is Historic Nevada City. I will definitely return in the Spring to explore more of this beautiful area.

Clean as a whistle. Beds were super comfortable. Quick, safe walk to downtown Grass Valley - a woodsy historic town with a vibrant, fun center. Shower was perfect. Parking right out front. Super cute - the pictures don't do justice. One tip: flip the spout cover up to shower. Best of all: everything you could possibly want is provided. Examples: it was rainy, so we borrowed the umbrella; great shampoo and soap; bathroom scale & blow dryer; a pantry stocked with every possible cooking tool; fans in the bedrooms for those who like moving air at night - like my son; blankets and books in the living room; rubberbands, matches, paper clips, etc. And so much more. Communication with Deidra was excellent. There's a booklet with information as you enter and notes with diagrams by any tricky fixtures such as accessing the premium TV programs. We are already looking at more dates. It was worth every penny.

Love this place
This is our second time renting this property. It is, as described, very cozy, and in a great location. Everything is very clean and well- organized, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the shower is fantastic, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you’d need. A favorite place.

The best place to stay near downtown Grass Valley!
This was the second time I've stayed at this beautiful condo, and it won't be the last. You're steps from everything downtown has to offer! Every nook of this condo is more comfortable than the last. We came down for a wedding and stayed at this lovely property. Decorated so cute. Place was very clean with added touches. Plenty of stuff for our group. The owner was wonderful, always got back to me when I asked question. We got there early and the owner came by to add lights to a room. She had no problem that we got there early. Amazing gem
This place is an amazing find. If I could give 6 stars for cleanliness, I would. Everything is impeccable - it helps that kitchen and bathroom are new. The kitchen is small but amazingly well equipped - they designed it in such a way that they managed to create a lot of storage. Shower is amazing with great water pressure. Beds were comfy and though close to the highway, it was quiet. Smart TV's in every room with access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc. Location couldn't be better - right next door to Safeway and literally 3 walking minutes to downtown with all of it's stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Lastly, communication with Deidra, the property manager, was great, super prompt, friendly and accommodating. This is a great place.

Cozy, well-equipped, great location
The condo is very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is compact but well-equipped so we could enjoy eating in. Living room with comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix, etc., as well as puzzles and board games and books. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom, stocked with essentials you may have forgotten. Beds are comfortable with nice pillows, and we didn't hear road or neighbor noise at all. Thermostat worked well and check in and parking extremely easy. Location can't be beat if you're looking to enjoy Grass Valley downtown (just a block away) or grab groceries at Safeway (less than a block). My spouse and two kids (6 and 11) really enjoyed our time at the cozy condo!

Great Experience!
Cozy Condo is an apt moniker for this very nice rental and was just right for our family of 4. It was very clean and tidy. The living room was cozy but had plenty of room to stretch out with a large couch and 2 additional chairs. The kitchen was well-equipped (plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig machine!). We slept well in the two beds in the upstairs bedrooms. Our host was great and got back to us immediately for the couple of questions we had. In fact, she responded right away (on Thanksgiving day!!) when we had a bit of a glitch with the heating in the condo. Overall we had an excellent experience with the Cozy Condo and recommend it highly.

This place has everything going for it!
This property is so cute and the home is so well equipped that you will want for nothing and not want to leave! Super clean and charming and close enough to walk to almost everything Grass Valley has to offer. Perfect weekend getaway! (Pet Friendly)
The condo is decorated beautifully, with little touches that show extra consideration of guests. The property manager is responsive and quick to answer any questions. The condo is within walking distance of a grocery store, quaint shops, and the Wolf Creek Trail (left on Mill St, walk aways, then go under the overpass, trail on the left - paved & beautiful). Wonderful experience, exactly what I needed. Appreciate that it is pet-friendly. This made it possible for me to come up here on short notice. Only suggestion is to add curtains behind the couch that can be closed to block the sun against the TV in the afternoons. Thank you for having me!

We LOVED the Cozy Condo! Great location, super clean, and cute decor. 10 out of 10.
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved how clean and homey it felt. Great location. One morning we left the bathroom door open while showering and the steam must have set off the smoke detector, but that just showed we had working smoke detectors! Overall an excellent rental and we hope to return to Grass Valley and stay at the Cozy Condo again in the future.

What a great weekend in Grass Valley ! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Shopping and great restaurants only a short walk away. Nice condo in great location
This condo was perfect for a weekend trip. It’s definitely cozy, but has everything you need and is exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops in a few minutes. It’s also located right next to a Safeway which was very convenient.
