Raised garden beds, manzanita groves, a disc golf basket, and even a quaint treehouse await you on the property. Nearby are hiking and biking trails, the Yuba River, and local lakes for swimming and picnicking.

The space:
Step into our thoughtfully renovated retreat, where rustic charm meets modern convenience. This one-bedroom home features:

• Queen-sized bed with memory foam in the bedroom for restful nights.
• A pull-out full-size couch in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations.
• A newly updated kitchen and bathroom, fully stocked for your cooking and relaxation needs.
• Start your morning with a fresh cup of Coffee or Tea, provided for your convenience.
• A cozy wood fire stove with unlimited firewood from the property. Space heaters are available in the living room and bedroom for additional warmth. (No central heating/cooling)
• Small desk in the bedroom to take your work calls, or use the dining table to enjoy the warmth from the nearby fireplace.
• 40” Smart Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services to enjoy your favorite shows.
• Outdoor lounge chairs, perfect for a morning coffee/tea or sunset cocktail.
• A BBQ grill is available if you’re in the mood for outdoor cooking.
• And, of course, WIFI if you want to stay connected.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house and surrounding property, including the outdoor spaces perfect for exploration or quiet reflection. Stroll through the forest, try a round of frisbee golf, or simply relax by the garden beds. The keypad on the front door will be pre-programmed with a code before you arrive for your stay. There’s also ample unobstructed parking for your rigs and campers in front of the property.

Other things to note:
• No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to severe allergies. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
• Driveway and Access: The property is accessible via a dirt driveway. While it is well-maintained, guests should drive carefully, especially in rainy weather.
• Firewood: Firewood is provided for your use and can be found neatly stacked near the cabin. Please use it responsibly to maintain the cozy ambiance.
