Welcome to our magnificent, fully equipped house, ideally located in a quiet area of Grasse. You will be close to the city center (10 minutes by car), allowing you to access shops.

Nestled in a true lush green setting (a common French expression for a secluded, leafy area), this fully equipped property can accommodate up to 10 travelers and offers an idyllic setting for your vacation.

You will enjoy a soothing environment, with no overlooking neighbors (a direct translation of 'sans vis-à-vis', meaning no one can see into the property). The large outdoor spaces, the terrace, and the superb private pool will be the major assets of your stay to relax under the Côte d'Azur sun.

The house offers very generous living areas, bright and friendly, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

- One air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed on the ground floor.
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 140x190 double beds upstairs, one of which opens onto a beautiful terrace with a pool view.
- One air-conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds upstairs.
- One air-conditioned bedroom with 1 single bed upstairs.
- A spacious and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle.
- A vast, light-filled living area, equipped with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, opening directly onto the garden. (not air-conditioned)
- Two bathrooms
