Welcome to our wonderful, fully equipped apartment, ideally located in a peaceful setting on the hills above Grasse.
This beautiful apartment is nestled in lush greenery. You will have access to two terraces for relaxing and socializing.
The location is ideal for hikers. You have direct access from the property to the Roquevignon Departmental Nature Park, with its 7 hectares of natural surroundings and numerous hiking trails in the Route Napoléon area and the Grasse hinterland.
You will also have access to the property's infinity pool, which offers panoramic views of the hills above Grasse and the sea.
The apartment has a private entrance separate from the main house.

You are 5 minutes by car from shops and restaurants, and 25 minutes by car from the beaches.

The accommodation comprises:
- one bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed overlooking the garden.
- a bathroom with a shower
- a fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
- a light-filled living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV and a table for your meals. The living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace.

The accommodation has electric fans.

You will have access to two terraces with a dining table and space for sunbathing.

Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Non-smoking accommodation; parties are not allowed.

Guest access
You can park your vehicle safely within the property, just below the accommodation.
