• 2 toilets (one on each floor)
• Air conditioning in the living/dining room and fans in all bedrooms for optimal comfort.

The villa is on one level with the terrace and pool at the front, so you can make the most of them all day long. A pergola in the shade of olive trees offers a large relaxation area for convivial lunches or dinners with family or friends. A charcoal barbecue is also available for delicious BBQ.
