'Goed sober hotel vriendelijk personeel ontbijt was minder'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'Was very pleasantly surprised because the rate was so low. Room was clean and renovated, and there were tons of options for breakfast. Was only there for a quick night so wasn't able to use the pool or the gym, but they looked clean and well kept. Would definitely come back here.'

'The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that.'

'My bed was covered in black mold. We refused to sleep under the covers. The carpet was filthy and stained, furniture was falling apart and the outlets in the bathroom did not work properly, the air in the room was stale and I woke up feeling ill. I will never return. I should not have to pay for that kind of hotel room.'

'The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all. Person at front desk aid that the housekeepers are not very good said ill look for a room that "may" be better. WILL NOT EVER GO...

I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. 'Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. This is basically a one star place with extremely basic furnishings - booked two nights and stayed one night Property is unmanned - I was offered future discount if I gave good...

'The staff was nice, the room was clean, not modern but far from run down, I needed a quiet place to sleep the night before a strongman competition and it served its purpose perfectly, parking was never a problem and the ice machine worked wonderfully, if I had to I’d stay there again without hesitation, the price was right as well'

'I was charged for smoking in my room I don’t smoke my son was lefted behind he kept going outside to smoke so I was blamed for the smell of smoke I wasn’t there I had to go to work'

'Bare minimum clean of room. Some rooms come with fridge and micro. Wouldn’t pay the deluxe price again. Hallway smelled awful. They did make effort to correct that. Bring ext. cord. Not enough outlets'
