'Struttura centrale e comoda ai servizi. Appartamento nuovo ma con materasso matrimoniale sfondato da non riuscire a dormire adeguatamente e scricchiolante al minimo movimento. Secondo letto in struttura divano semi rotto che è a nostra richiesta é stato accomodato sufficientemente. Sicuramente non rispettava i canoni minimi rispetto al prezzo pagato.'

'We went to the birds eye view, for five days, in Como and all I can say is breathtaking. From the decor to the comfort of the apartment to the views as well as the location. Everything was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome by the people who were behind the organisation of it all, and the location of the apartment to Como center and the station is really good, all within 10-15 min walk. And, if you love the water it's only a 10 minute walk to the water front. We absolutely loved this...

'Spacious, immaculate, well quipped property in an excellent location (the centre of Como old town). The owners were quick to respond to our enquiries prior to our stay. They also made contact to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was okay with the appartment. If travelling to Bellagio for a day trip; please be aware there are no views from the fast ferry. The regular ferry takes 2h. (Not sure of the views from it). In our opinion the bus was much better. A 1h journey on winding roads...

'Breakfast was good with nice views. To bad there was a highway between the hotel and the lake. A lot of traffic noises made for a les nice experience. Sitting on the balcony or terrace was loud. Room were pretty small with cheap floors and ikea furniture. Shower had mould in it. So overal not worth the steep price in my opinion. '

"Very large, clean room and the parking spot underneath the room was really helpful. We slept so well! The only downside was that there is no public charging point for electric vehicles on the large parking, only private ones for some room types (not ours). Also no public chargers closeby."
