The bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern family bathroom with a rainfall shower, and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for your use. Guests can also make use of the residents lounge with table tennis and foosball tables, as well as co-working.

The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. Gravesend Train station is just 2 minutes from the apartment, with regular high speed trains to London taking just 20 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information to confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order for us to arrange and confirm your check in.
