Air-conditioned Chalet Porta Rossa No. 10 is located in the Village du Serre residence, with a shared swimming pool (16 chalets) open from June to September, in the commune of Gravières. It's 5 minutes from Les Vans, in the southern Ardèche region, and just a 5-minute walk from swimming in the Chassezac river. Close to Joyeuse (20 minutes), Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, and Villefort (30 minutes). The chalet features a bright living area, a covered terrace, a garden, and two bedrooms. Rivers and outdoor activities nearby (canoeing, canyoning, cave exploration, hiking, horseback riding, paragliding, go-karting, quad biking, motocross, bungee jumping...) Enjoy a comfortable stay in this air-conditioned chalet, ideal for a family holiday 🌿 It has a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower cubicle, a separate toilet, and a pleasant covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle) offers everything you need, as well as a digital TV. Swimming pool accessible from 10 am to 9 PM from the beginning of June to the end of September, river 500m away, Wi-Fi around the pool, free washing machine in season, playground, table tennis and volleyball. Remember to bring your sheets. Wood barbecues are not allowed. Please respect the pool opening hours and put the furniture back in place before your departure. Waste containers are available at the entrance to the residence; glass should be deposited at the designated collection points in the village of Les Vans (please do not use those at the neighboring campsite). Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the chalet. Children remain the responsibility of their parents, especially at the pool. The landlord declines all responsibility in case of accident. End-of-stay cleaning can be done by the tenant before departure. If you prefer not to do it yourself, a cleaning service can be arranged; please contact the host.
