Review I read was 10/10. I stayed in Cabin #11. Perhaps the term “cabin” implies bugs will be present? The cabin was shared with earwigs, potato bugs & small spiders. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, cobwebs were plentiful & when I flipped the switch for the bathroom fan it made a short grinding noise, then silence- that fixture was ridden with cobwebs also. Otherwise this is a very small cabin, described as “basic.”

The staff was excellent. If not for the poor cell reception, everything would have gone smoothly The area leaves something to be desired, but the location makes up for it (short walk to a beautiful beach). Very small space, but we didnt mind that. There are some serious updates needed (rusty appliances and dusty heaters) but overall a good stay.

It was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly manager, very clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Great location close to beach access! We will come back!

Great peaceful place on the beach that has been renovated nicely, with a full, nicely stocked kitchen and full size frig., cozy king size bed in separate bedroom, great view of ocean beach with balcony.

We loved it. We stayed in the back at the hotel. Off the HWY. so no traffic noise. No sound other than soft sound of walking above us inside our room. We stayed in a room with a kitchen. The room was Superb, Spring Clean Job is what I think of. The kitchen was well stocked, with small appliances, in addition to stove and refrigerator and eating/drinking utensils. The balcony was great. Sound of Ocean was wonderful. Trail to beach easy access. Clamming was great! We were there for 4 days.

The room had 2 queen beds and the room was clean. However, I’m not so sure the bedding was changed after the last use. Multiple pillows were covered in dog hair. The bottom pillow on the bed looked like it was just turned over and other put on top as there was someone else’s hair on it and black makeup. I know this washes out because if I don’t take my makeup off the night before I have makeup left on my pillow in the morning. There is 2 sheets on the bed, one above and one below the comforter. When we flipped the covers back to get in bed, tons of sand was between the comforter and the sheet that was on top of the comforter, which then ended up in the bed. I understand that dogs are allowed there, but I am allergic and there shouldn’t be dog hair completely covering the pillow case like multiple pillows had. Don’t think I will be staying there again.

The cabins were super cute. Loved how close they were to the beach. For the most part everything was clean. A couple of our towels were not. Super friendly staff though!

My room was warm and welcoming. Bed comfy and loved the fridge/freezer combo. It would have been most helpful to have at least one towel rack and a place to place the soap, etcetera in the shower. For some reason, I was expecting a bathtub, as I was looking forward to a good soaking on the stormy wet day.

The staff was amazing, she was so nice and very accommodating, very sweet. I love the feel of the little cottages and it was a perfect place to stay. The room itself was tidy and I love the little table tucked away for us to use. The toilet seemed as though it was going to fall over if you moved on it that would’ve been my main complaint if we were staying more than just a single night. The only other thing was the bed. When I first got there and sat on it I sunk right in like sitting on a cloud and thought “wow this is comfy!” But by midnight I could not get comfortable to stay asleep at all 😅 it’s like you sunk in so you couldn’t really turn over or reposition because you would just re sink and get uncomfortable quickly, I never knew how much of a bed brat I was. I would, however stay here again. I would bring my kids here for a getaway at the beach, it was a pleasant time.

Amazing! Only a short walk to the beach. We went later in the afternoon and we had the beach all to ourselves. The room was just big enough for the two of us. Highly recommended this place. It was awesome.

The ocean view and an easy access to the beach were my favorite parts of the stay. Just a short walk to the beach. The room I got had a balcony that I could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean. My room was on the first floor so I only see partial ocean view. You may ask for the second floor room to get a better view. The property looked a bit run down from the outside but the room was renovated. It was nice and clean. The only thing I least enjoyed during the stay was the thin wall. I could hear people on the upstairs moving around the room.

Our room looked right out to the ocean. Was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. The room itself could have been cleaner- there was a big dead spider on the pillow and a few dead bugs on the floor. Perhaps they snuck in after the cleaning crew left. The building itself is a bit run down and the window areas are quite dirty. otherwise the room seemed relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong but it was very slow to drain.
