Great Getaway!
Our family enjoyed a nice weekend at the beach and this house was the perfect base camp for us! The kids had a great time with all the toys that were available, and the house had everything for us to cook and play all weekend long. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beach rental.

Thanksgiving Tradition
Over the years family has come to Greyland to celebrate Thanksgiving. Many camp in the state park. The home is within walking distance to the campground. The walk to the beach is quick and we enjoyed walking the dog along the path multi times a day. The home was well supplied. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was clean. We would love to come back to visit during the summer so we can enjoy the back patio more. We did not have cell service (AT&T), thankful they provided wifi so we could stay connected.

We originally stayed in May of this year. Got home and immediately booked again. The location is perfect. It's the best equipped guest home I've been in, and it's very comfortable. We'll be back, for another visit, sometime soon.

Had a great time here
I thought the location looked great in pictures and then when we booked it and I saw the overview shot of the neighborhood I worried that it wouldn't be private enough but once we got there my worries were for nothing. It's not secluded but even with the home next door it feels private once you are on the deck or in the home (and there are bushes and blinds for privacy) and the location was great for exploring the beach and the general area. The walk to the beach is pretty short. Half way down there is even a little bench or chair if you want to sit out there and watch the ocean. We had stormy weather so the path flooded in parts but it was still pretty quick to get to the beach. You just turn left on the trail and keep walking on that path down to the road and down. The ocean view is beautiful and peaceful from both the deck and inside the home. Crazy beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and cozy. The host was excellent with communication, very friendly and quick responses. The only thing keeping it from perfection for me was the main bed. I'm short and recovering from a back injury and it's very tall. Even my husband who is over six feet thought it was tall. We slept in it the first night but it wasn't for me. So we slept in the second bedroom that had to two beds and found that bed comfortable enough. We brought a kite and they have a pole out front that you can put one on so that was fun too, watching it fly around in the wind. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
Very nice little house with access to beach. Lots of birds! There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 beds. The bed in the master is king size and firm. We slept incredibly well. There is a microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, but I don’t think there is a toaster. The deck is great to watch the ocean or watch birds. Tv has cable and also Netflix. Wifi is great too. Best thing, it’s literally two minutes to the beach. We’ll be back.

Cute beach house
The Blue beach house is very charming. Just as described. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. They have beach gear for you to use also. A short walk through the dunes puts you on the beach. Very nice place. I would stay again.

Light and airy beach home
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place for a couple days of rest and relaxation, you’ve found the place. The home is well cared for, clean, and has pretty much everything you will need for a short stay. We loved the stroll down to the beach and playing cornhole as we watched the sunset. Best Blue Beach House on the Beach!
I've been to many different houses in this area and this one by far is my favorite! The location is perfect and the view is outstanding. It has everything you need for a small group of people. I'd say more than 3 adults it would get crowded but it has everything you could want - and it's dog friendly :) The walk to the beach was a bit far for my little dogs, but being right next to the access road was an easy drive so that they weren't tired by the time we got there and they could still chase the ball ;) I will be back here many more times. I'd say the only thing that could make this any better would be a small, gas bbq. There is a charcoal one to use... that's just more time than I want to spend. Enjoy your time here!

Perfect Family Trip
This is our third time to the Little Blue Beach House. This is the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. The owners are easy to get a hold of. The house has everything that is needed. The area is very quiet, with a short drive to Westport for restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Home
We loved the little blue beach house! The house had everything (and more!) than we could need. The kids enjoyed the sand castle tools and the kite and spent many hours on the beach just playing. The neighborhood was super quiet, the beach was never crowded, and the house was situated perfectly so we could get out and explore different areas of Washington throughout the length of our stay. The vast array of movies was also a nice surprise, and allowed us to have a quiet movie night in during the week. Being able to look outside and see the ocean waves was amazing. My husband particularly enjoyed being able to bird watch simply by sitting on the back deck. We've stayed in a few houses through VRBO throughout the years and this is definitely on the top of my favorite list. The owner was amazing and responsive, the house was clean and inviting, and the overall experience was GREAT. Thanks so much for a great visit!

The View
This home is so nice updated and pretty. Nice fenced yard for your dogs and beautiful view from the front windows of the ocean. Had everything we need to cook in, utensils, pans, plenty of dishes and silverware. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. Also a great library of DVD’s, books, games and puzzles(I need longer than 3 days to finish the puzzle I started ) Loved this home we will be back and hopefully we can stay longer

Great home for a clamming getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay in Grayland. The walk to the beach was a half mile to the shoreline and super convenient for clam digging. The house was clean with a lovely blue decor. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner replied quickly to a text when we were out of an item. The house was a perfect size for our group of 6. We will definitely book again when staying in Grayland!

If I could give this more stars I would- one of the best Vrbos we’ve stayed at! Immaculate house. Well stocked with some higher end knives/cookware, pantry staples etc. Comfortable firm king mattress in primary bedroom. Bright and cheery, tastefully decorated in beach style. Hot shower with good pressure. Excellent property for dogs with fenced yard for potty & hose to wash off sand/dirt after they’ve been tearing it up on the beach. East beach access with wooden chairs on the bluff to watch your dog chase coastal birds in the marsh. The widest beach I’ve ever seen! Must have been an extremely low tide. Westport is cute. Merinos seafood has 5 diff kinds fishχps. Property owner is very friendly and responsive. A+++++!

Home Away from Home
This is a great home away from home. We stayed 4 weeks last year and three this year. The scenery from the front window is incredible - clouds, ocean, sun, rain, wind, snow - deer, haws, eagles. The home is fully stoked - sharp knives and seasonings. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. Cannot say enough good things about the owners, the property, or the location. A winner on all fronts.

Charming beach cottage
The Blue Beach House is a lovely getaway, very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. There is a private trail to the beach and a fenced yard, which is great for pups. The Grayland State Park and road to the beach for cars is nearby, so it's not the most private beach spot, but the property itself is quiet and comfortable. Nice to have a "mud room" for boots and buckets, a washer/dryer, and a great selection of movies, books, and games.
